Green Team Window Cleaning

Work not performed as provider could not meet schedule after two cancellations, one legitimate for weather the other they claimed weather but rain did not start until mid-afternoon and they told me they would at my home "first thing in the morning" which they did not do.

Customer service and professionalism is excellent. We have never received as much communication from a service provider as we did from Green Team all before, during and after the job was complete.

They told me they normally don't come out to my area and they said they would for a driving fee. Very professional.

Noticed wood rot along corner soffits under gutter. Gutters covered by screen and clogged with mud and leaves. 10/14: Scheduled 10/21 wood rot consult with trusted friend/journeyman painter. 10/16: Payed online for gutter clean $99 Big Deal for up to 225 linear feet of gutter. Emailed "Green Team" with available service dates. 10/16: Green Team emailed availability for following week. Indicated additional service charge a/c outside service area. 10/18:Emailed Green Team re charge for additional mileage and removal of 160 linear feet of gutter screening. 149. 10/19: Green Team replied extra $149. 10/20: Considering other deals, I replied offer seemed reasonable. 10/20: Friend checked wood rot and gutters. Advised replacement over cleaning. 10/21: Emailed Green Team that we would no longer need their services. 10/21 Green Team advised seek refund from Angie's List.

They arrived promptly and did the job quickly, with no muss.

Green Team was able to make an appointment with me within 2 days after purchasing the service here on AL. They informed me that due to the distance where I live they needed to charge an extra $15 which was no problem. Lorenzo and his assistant showed up on time and got to work right away. They were able to get on the roof and empty the gutter trash into buckets. Next they flushed the gutters. A couple had some blockages in the upper elbows and they were able to clear them out. They also cleared the gutters on my shed in the backyard. I have done this myself in the past but don't like getting up on the roof or being up on a ladder 25 feet up in the air. Not as young as I used to be! Having these guys do it for me for $114 was much easier and faster. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional, I would highly recommend them.

It took a while to get while to get this scheduled. The work was good.

They were on time and did a great job. They had their own buckets to put the gunk from the gutters into and transported it away instead of throwing it on the ground. Would use them again.

I bought this in 2012 and from what I remember the service was fine.

Communication was prompt. They didn't show up on the day that they originally scheduled, but contacted us that evening and explained that they had inadvertently written us down for the following week. They were apologetic and came out the following day and completed all of the work when we were away. Everything looked really clean and well done.

After buying our house last year and not cleaning our gutters like we should have (we're pretty sure the previous owner didn't either), our gutters were TERRIBLE. I called Green Team Gutter Cleaning for a quote on a Thursday. I didn't hear back from them by Monday so I called to check in - they were super apologetic as they had prepared the quote and had it ready for me, but simply forgot to send it to my email. While I wasn't overly concerned, to make up for their mistake they offered to come clean our gutters the following Saturday even though they don't work on Saturdays typically. We were not home at the time, but when we got home Sunday our gutters were clean and the rain actually pour off the front of our roof anymore! You couldn't even tell they had been there as they disposed of all of the mess in our gutters leaving us with nothing to clean up. We really appreciated their service and will definitely consider using them in the future.

Great service. They were quick to get back in touch with a quote. The guy showed up when he said he would and was very friendly. He did a really good job. He flushed all the gutters with water to make sure they were clear. He showed me pictures of the clogged gutters. He pointed out some gutter damage that I hadn't noticed. He cleaned up after himself and took away the leaves and seeds. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing professional and they did an excellent job getting the gutters clean. It is nice to have before/after pictures available. I think next up I am going to try their window cleaning service.

I had purchased a big deal for them. The big deal was $75 for a whole house window cleaning. He did a great job. He came out on Saturday, and he had his daughter with him, and I entertained her, while he did the work. It was above and beyond what I expected. I paid a little bit more, because I had him do some basement windows which he wasn't expecting to do. I had him to it, because it seemed reasonable. The work turned out beautiful, I couldn't believe I had windows for a while. The interactions with him were good. Very friendly, and family oriented. It was a pleasure with me to chat with her while he worked. He asked me if he could do that, and I was anxious to get it done, so I told him we could work something out. I would have had him back, but I couldn't remember who he was. The price was very reasonable, every thing I have been given since then has been double. The quality of work was outstanding. I think he went above and beyond with responsiveness. I wasn't expecting to baby sit, but it was very enjoyable for me.

I called the company to schedule a time, told the woman I wanted interior and exterior window cleaning, and we settled on a Saturday. The day before they were to arrive, she called and said they couldn't come the next day because the person who did exterior window washing did not work on Saturdays...she didn't know this before? When she asked who I had spoken to when I scheduled the initial appointment, I told her I had spoken to her. She just said "oh." We settled on a weekday appointment and tried it again. The guy who actually came and did the work did a great job and I was very pleased with the work he did, but when I asked him if he would be doing the interior windows as well, he told me that his work order was for exterior only...which was the first I knew of that. The voucher was worded "interior and exterior window cleaning" for up to 30 windows. I interpreted that to mean I could get both interior and exterior cleaning at the same appointment, only to find out that it was only good for interior OR exterior, even though I would have been within the 30 window limit with both interior and exterior cleaning. No one bothered to explain that, even with 2 phone conversations. I think their office help could use some training! I doubt that I will use them again.

They were fine. I wasn’t here when the work was done, but when I came home, everything seemed to be in order and nothing was damaged.

He was at the home for maybe an hour. He did an excellent job. He even showed up early to our appointment.

The service was just fine. I was not present for the service but it seemed to be efficient and they did a great job. The service went smooth.

He was friendly and professional. He had to take apart one or two downspouts (it's a 2-story) as they were badly blocked. Before he did that he checked with us. He ended up working in drizzle and was unable to take pictures but we can tell he cleaned them well. We have a maple that dropped it's many seeds last week and that was what came down the spouts with the rainwater.

They're very reliable. They came out when they said they would. They didn't like putting us off. They're pretty responsive. They're good about chasing what we needed and how much would be extra and how long it would take. They did a very good job. They were very thorough. They're conscientious about things and we were just very pleased with the service.

Green Team Window Cleaning did great. They were here on time, did a good job and there weren’t any problems. Their price is also great.
