Green Team Window Cleaning

Men arrived as expected and were patient while I decided which windows to clean.

They arrived when they said they were going to and I had purchased a special coupon on the window washing and had them do an estimate on doing the storm windows as well. The pricing was very reasonable and so I had the first floor windows done. They did an excellant job on all the windows. Cleaned the inside of the window ledges, took the storm windows down to clean them and did such an amazing job!! My windows have never looked this good and I know I couldn't have done as good a job as they did. I'm going to have them do the second story windows this spring

We ordered our Angie's List Deal, contacted them to set up our appointment, and they actually came out and cleaned them even before our service date.

I thought I was going to give the Green Team a rave review. The men came as promised and did a wonderful job of cleaning my very dirty windows. I was actually very, very happy with my sparkling clean windows. Unfortunately, the next morning I noticed one of our screens had been broken. The frame was broken and bent, so there is about five square inches of unscreened space on that window. There is no way we would have put up that screen in its useless condition. The screens in our house are cheaply constructed and not as sturdy as I would like, so the actual damage did not disturb me as much as the fact I wasn't told the screen had been broken. I called the Green Team, not so much because I thought the screen could be fixed (it can't) but rather I wanted to know how my complaint would be handled. I was told quite reasonably that my problem would be checked out and I would be called back. I never heard from them again. This is why I am giving the company an overall F, even with all those As. I wanted the company to call me back as promised. It did not.

The goop was placed in a large black waste bag so we could place it with our garbage. As this was also the day we prepare our garbage cans for pickup the following day, this was very convenient for us. He got here even earlie than the estiamated time range so we appreciated this as we didn't have to wait to do other things scheduled in our day. The owner was very pleasant, courteous, and peformed an excellent service for us at the price. It was a good experience.

I never received service. It was my first time to use Angie's List so I expected much more.

Green Team was able to quickly schedule the appointment, arrived on time, did the work and left around the house clean with the debris in the required paper sacks by the garage door. It was great to have all the debris and leaves removed from the gutters.

It had been years since our windows had been cleaned on the outside because we didn't want to be climbing ladders to reach them. Through Angie's list a coupon was advertised for Green Team window cleaning so we decided to try them. The owner, Chris, did the work and he did an excellent job. He cleaned both the interior and exterior and the windows sparkled when he was finished. We also appreciated that when we purchased the service we had up to 6 months to use it. This gave us flexibility to plan.

I have not scheduled this yet because when I talked to them the number of windows that they would clean for this price was only five due to the number of individual panes. I was also told that they were giving me a break on the price or quantity because of my multi paned windows. Unfortunately, only five windows does not even complete the front of my house and who knows what the remaining windows will cost me! Was this clarified in the add and did I just miss it? If not I feel this was extremely misleading and a way to get people to spend more than they planned. Not a very transparent or ethical way of doing business.

The gutters on our 1939 cottage had not been cleaned in over two years and we have trees that have been happily filling our gutters each year. I called Chris to schedule the gutter cleaning about a month out. He was very accommodating and professional. He offered window cleaning also, but my tilt in windows allow me to do that maintenance on my own. Chris and his team arrived this morning at the scheduled time. All they needed was use of the outside faucets, which they used to flush the gutters. They were extremely quiet and efficient; none of the yelling and loud music associated with most contractors. The team quickly set up their ladders and were busy cleaning before I even realized they had started. As worked progressed, the debris was cleared away. No mess was left on the ground, the sides of the house, or on the windows. One of the gutters was clogged and they worked diligently until it was clear. I went out to check on them only to discover that they were done. All told, they were in and out in less than an hour. Amazing! I will be calling them back every year. They are cheaper than an emergency room visit and can get the job done much more quickly than my husband and I can, with less arguing. ;-)

Overall great - since many of our windows were double payned, he charged a little extra, but gave me an upfront bid. All I can say is they are a WHOLE lot better than I could have ever done. Well worth it.

The job was done very quickly. One person did the outside, while another did the inside. I just had my walls painted and I asked them to be careful not to get them dirty, and walls were fine.

Chris returned my call in a very timely manner. We set up a date and time for him to perform the gutter cleaning. His company called to confirm the time a few days in advance. Chris showed up on time and was very courteous. He finished the cleaning within a few hours and cleaned up outside before he left. He was professional and polite. I would use his service again.

They were there on time and immediately went to work. They were very positive, friendly, conscientious and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to refer them. They did a great job.

The team arrived on time and ready to go. The took over the upstairs of the house on the outside and inside. We asked for a quote on ding storms and the downstairs windows. We thought they were a bit hig hat 1$ a window pane, so some windows would have cost as much as $35 to clean. Of the windows they cleaned, one room requied some minor scraping. We found remnants of he scrapings and other dust on the sills and floor. In addition, Most corners of the windows they cleaned were still dirty, as they apparently glossed over this part of the glass. They were courteous and very professional and seem anxious to provide good customer service. However, because they did not clean up properly nor clean the corners, I cannot recommend their services.

This was my first time using one of Angie's Big Deals and I like it! The Green Team quickly responded to my purchase and set up a date/time to clean my gutters. They were very professional and made quick work of my sand filled gutters. I will definitely use these guys again for gutter cleaning and may even have to try out their window washing services.

The team was on time, professional, and friendly. The work was completed in good time and the windows look great. They also were great with my dog. She followed them around the entire time.

They called us to set up an appointment and had to reschedule one time. We added windows on the amount we originally paid for and they were flexible with that. We did not feel any pressure to add more windows and they were OK with us just doing our first floor. They were pleasant to work with and we had a positive experience with them. The windows look good as promised and we will definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for 20 windows for $75 and requested an estimate from Chris when he arrived to clean all the windows. When I saw the Angie's Deal, I sent Chris an e-mail as I was not sure if my windows would be considered a "standard" size. He called me to talk about their service and how they estimated the size of a normal window. After I purchased the Angie's Deal, he called a few weeks later to schedule the cleaning since I had not called to book the appointment. Chris and another person came out the day of the appoinment and cleaned the windows and screens. They pointed out any areas on the windows which were due to imperfections and might appear to be left unclean. When they were finished Chris asked that I look at the job to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the work that was performed.

Green Team did a fabulous job. The before and after difference was amazing. The crew was very polite and friendly, and worked very efficiently. We would definitely bring them back next time.

He was as nice as could be. I believe he and another person usually come together but because Lee's Summit and Leawood frequently get confused by repairmen (I don't understand why but I've had this happen previously) they had a scheduling issue. But it didn't take him very long so I was fine with only one person. He came, he cleaned, he left! Nice work and I'd hire next time. He also does gutter cleaning but I had just had that done a couple months ago.
