Excellent service. Had a newer roof that was installed improperly and sheets of shingles were slipping. Called Buck Roofing to give me an estimate to fix the roof along with server other roofing companies. Buck Roofing temporarily fixed my roof - at no charge - after they gave me an estimate to repair the roof. I not not awarded them the project. They got the project and did a great job. Delivered everything as promised and on time. Highly recommend these guys.

Very quick response, provided a quote fast, I asked for recommendations which were provided immediately. Work started on time and finished timely as well. During the process, certain issues developed which were (indirectly) related to the work. The company stepped up and fixed the issues. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended. My agent contact person's name was Whitney. Ask for him.

Whitney is an honest professional and they did an excellent job. By repairing instead of replacing I saved approximately $15,000. The rood looks fine, does not leak and should give me many more years of service. I strongly recommend Buck roofing.

I took competitive bids from 6 different roofing companies. This bid was in the middle price wise , but included the great bid on the gutters. The work was done on a timely and effecient manner.

Buck Roofing was punctual, efficient, effective and professional. Each time I've had a question since the roof was completed, they have been quick to respond and answer my questions. They gave us excellent customer service even after completion of the job.

Very professional, would use them again if needed, but I would choose a different gutter cover. Overall, very satisfied.

At the same time, Bordner installed a new roof up the block. Bordner used plywood sheets to protect the sides of the house and Buck did not. Even though Buck supposedly used magnets to clean up nails, we ended up needing new tires due to nail holes. We subsequently hired Bordner and had no nail problems.

great job. Chase kept me informed of what was happening and when it was scheduled throught the job. the roof looks great, the gutters look great. they showed up when scheduled and did a great job. they did a great on cleaning everything up.

When I purchased my home in Sept.2011 the roof had been replaced by Buck in April of that year. We experienced a leak late in 2011 and called Buck to support their warranty. They came out made assessment and put in a repair. When it turned out the repair did not work completely Buck came out immediately to repair it. Later this year as I undertook some wood rot repairs I asked Buck to come back out to double check that the roof was sound and that there were no more leaks contributing to the rot. The Project Manager and worker showed up and took a look, finding some suspicious but not guilty areas and applying caulk to ensure the areas were sound. Their level of commitment to their warranty customers is a testament to their quality customer service. There's only one name in my contact list for roofing and that's BUCK!

Do like that they did my roof when scheduled. Do like that the crew that worked on my house did the work timely. Do like that Chase (Sales) explained in detail the components of my roof and even did something extra that one of the other two roofers recommended and DO like that the cutters and small roof repair to put up the new wide gutters was all completed timely and with friendly complete professionalism. I have recommended Buck to all my coworkers and people at my church. Great job, including the follow up to make sure that all shingles are still in good condition weeks later. The ONLY thing I did not like was the crew (supplier delivery company) that delivered my shingles etc. They were both extremely rude and showed up at my house at 7:00 AM demanding I move my car out of the way. No reflection on Buck Company but their supplier was not very nice at all and just want future customers to move their cars out of the driveway the night before and not have a rude awakening.

They were excellent, Rep was there 6-8 times in a 4 day period after the gutters were removed and the painting was done, and their clean up excellent.

The roof looks great, plenty of vents. We had a shingle that was damaged because of a limb. Buck roofing came back and fixed it for N/C.

After completing the job, half of the product did not get applied to the roof. Then, two additional trips were made to try and use up some more of the product. They eventually claimed the roof was completed and sealed. We made our final payment and not less than a month later the roof continued to leak. They did come back one additional time to alleviate the problem. This did not work. They then stopped answering phone calls and emails. Later, it was determined by the folks at Astec and another roofer that the product was not put down properly and it will never be right unless it is completely torn off and replaced.

Overall, I am happy with the job. Excellent Job!!

The guy came out and thought he fixed it. He came out a few times to try to fix it until they finally got it fixed. It was the first time we had used them. Every time we called, they came within 24 hours.

Simply the best! Showed up when they said they would, worked within our budget and gave great advice. Toby Tobin reccomends these guys and I can see why. They are honest and dependable.

Ron Buck and the folks from Buck Roofing were top notch. The salesman came out numerous times and met insurance adjusters twice and completed an estimate upfront....Other roofers in town, including some very well known ones, wanted me to sign a contract without an estimate and before anything came back from the adjuster. When that happens you should listen to that little alarm bell in your head!! Buck never asked for it. They did bump the price after the estimate because of material increase after they got the insurance company estimate but I completely trusted them at this point and wanted them to get the work. The office staff( I dealt mainly with Theresa) was awesome. I can't tell you the number of times I called her with information needs for the insurance company and the bank and all were dealt with in a prompt and very courteous manner....AAA+ in my book. The follow-up visits on a few areas of concern by Ron were dealt with quickly and without exception or discussion including fixing some Fascia boards that were rotted where the gutters were installed over problem areas... These are great people to deal with!!

I called Buck Roofing to get an estimate on either a new roof or repair. At the time I called them, I didn't know which option my insurance would say I needed. I asked for an estimate on a repair and on a new roof. Subsequently, my insurance company did say I needed a new roof. I called Buck Roofing to let them know this. They were responsive and did evaluate my roof. However, they told me my roof was good for another 5 years and just gave me a hand-written estimate for a repair. I chose another roofer who was more professional and gave me an estimate for a full roof replacement.

A man who did not speak but a couple words of English came and made the hand motion of what part of the roof to replace. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT STARTED BUT IT ENDED BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER EXPECTED! That afternoon I became more concerned and called the office to inquire about my experience. After several follow up phone calls, RON BUCK called me, personally to apologize and explained to me that he had just promoted an employee who used some workers that were not employed by BUCK. He refused to let me pay anything at all even though I offered to pay whatever he thought was fair. He examined the work, himself, and called to report the work was completed to his satisfaction. I am using this company again now!!

His team is always prompt, tidy, professional, and cost effective! I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future, not only for our continued repairs and maintenance, but for our entire roof replacement when that time comes.

I received a signed contract from salesman Todd for $13,640 to tear off and re-roof my house, a free standing garage and gazebo. I am a teacher on a budget, so cost was a deciding factor even though other bids received were competitive. I called him to tell him I had accepted and signed the contract. He said he would "start the ball rolling". Two days later he called to report that he and Buck Roofing had "parted ways" but Buck Roofing would fulfill the contract. I called the office to confirm this and the lady who identified herself as the office manager agreed they would fulfill the contract. She gave me a short list of addresses of completed jobs to help us choose a shingle color. The next day I came home to a "Buck Roofing" truck in my driveway with a person sitting inside. The young man was very friendly and identified himself as Chase, a salesperson and part owner of the company. He said he needed to check out the roof to get the job started. He walked around the house for maybe 10 - 15 minutes then rang the doorbell. He showed me a new figure of $18,980 to do the job that he had written on a piece of notebook paper with no other information. I stated that I already had a signed contract from the company for $13,640. He basically stated that it wouldn't be worth his time to honor the signed contract. He became very rude and stated, "maybe you should get another roofing contractor". I replied that I only wanted them to honor their contract. Later, the owner Ron called and wanted to set up a meeting to discuss working out a new contract. I stated that I expected them to honor their contract commitment and would contact the Attorney General if needed. He said he would contact his suppliers and try to work out a deal. Later that day he called and said he would honor the contract but wouldn't be able to complete the job until after I returned to work from summer break. I stated that I would prefer the job was completed before I returned to work like the original salesperson had promised. He replied that he would try, but could not promise that this would get accomplished. I accepted and asked when he needed a shingle color choice. He answered " I need the information by Friday" (three days away). The next day I received a FedEx Express envelope with a check for $500 from Buck Roofing and a note stating "I think it is in the best interest of both parties that you find another roofing contractor". At this point I felt that I could not trust this contractor if he wanted to get out of the contract so badly. I accepted the check and found another roofer willing to do the job for $585 more than the Buck contract. The new roof looks great and I feel very fortunate with how things worked out.

Being early spring, the crew had to attack roof in bitesize pieces to not get caught with an exposed portion in the rainy week they came out. They showed nice execution and neat marshalling of materials throughout. Any roofer wants real bad to knock out a house as fast as he can (2 days?), to minimize the set-up and clean-up efforts, so this week-long job was extra trouble for them facing the weather. The salesman (Chase) was in touch with us daily and would walk the property with us at lunch upon request to see progress, talk things out. When it came to the details of how to upgrade the 'limited lifetime' warranty by GAF, he (and Buck) did a great job working with the mfgr to get us what we wanted, more, through a separate application through GAF. Next to this new roof, now I see that my painted cedar siding is not so nice next to this sharp new roof!

The bid was about 10% lower than the other bid I got. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and completed the job in three days, as had been estimated. They worked late each day and cleaned up each night. It was obviously a crew of workers who had put on a lot of roofs as they had a well organized system. The roof looks beautiful. We have had a lot of heavy rain since then and the roof has had no problems.
