This company is great, and I would hire them again. They showed up on time explained what they were doing and answered all my question.

it went very well, they did extremely well and on the right price.

We've used Buck Roofing to replace roofs on 2 houses. We've also used Buck Roofing to replace gutters/downspouts, repair wood rot and replace barn skylights. We are very happy with their service. Our project manager, Oliver Jacobs, did an excellent job of communicating. The work was done correctly and the crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The price was fair. We would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Dave fixed my small roof leak with a few nails and sealant. Only here for 20min and didn’t charge me anything!

We had a small leak, they came out promptly, figured out the problem and gave an estimate on the spot. The work was scheduled and they came to do the repair in the promised time frame. We would use them again.

Buck Roofing came to the rescue; diagnosed problem and fixed it, together with another problem they found on house roof/gutter--it's a very old house. Super crew; super job; super company..hire them; you will thank me!!

I called this company the morning of 8/15 regarding roof leaks and gutter repairs. They said they would have someone call me back. No one calls. I call back on 8/16 to see when someone would call me back and was told I should have received a call the same day (8/15). They would have someone call me back (again, no return call). I call a 3rd time and was told someone would call me back. Finally, the Project Manager calls me (4th call) and says their company was really busy and he didn't have time to meet with me until the end of the month; the end. I said I would move on and find another company. Then, later, the Project Manager apparently had a change of heart (5th call). Said he was trying to get in touch with me but his cell phone would not allow him to leave voice mail messages (I'm still trying to figure that one out). He scheduled an appointment to come and look at my problem. The day he was scheduled to show up, he called me (6th call) and said that he was busy on another job and wanted to reschedule. I agreed. Then, on that reschedule date, he calls (7th time) and said that he must reschedule again because he is leaving town the next day and had to find someone to "take care of his dog" (not even going there). So, if you call this company and are assigned the Project Manager who can't leave phone messages and owns a dog, well.........good luck. My rating is based strictly on the total lack of performance & honesty of the assigned Project Manager. If he is the person to be introducing this company to potential customers, then he represents a "face" of the company, Unfortunately, this is the "face" of the company I encountered. Please know I found the front office staff as well as the VP of Operations with whom I spoke extremely professional and willing to assist in any way to resolve the matter but, unfortunately, the damage had already been done.

The first repair did not fix the problem because it was difficult to identify exactly where the issue was. Buck came out promptly the second time, identified where the issue was and fixed without additional charges.

They told us our roof looked good; that we didn't need service. It didn't cost us anything for them to look. Their quality would be an A since they said very honestly that at this time we didn't need their services. They were very responsive. We were able to get them out within a week. On punctuality, he went to the wrong house, but he came out later that day. He was very professional. I would totally recommend them.

Buck inspected the shake roof as requested and gave an estimate for both maintenance and replacement. They preformed the maintenance and communicated the date of the work and kept in touch with updates due to weather.

It went extremely well. Great team work.

They did a GREAT job! I had several estimates initially from other companies. Everyone else made a fuss about this or that but these guys just got it done without making a big deal about electrical line, trees, stucco etc.

They have a very good reputation, which they lived up to. All aspects of the process went very well from explaining materials options, insurance company interface and follow up.

They did a very good job. He is the owner and he came out and actually supervised the work and so we were very pleased.

They did an exceptional job and they were able to finish in one day. Their communication was really great. The team worked together very well and did a fantastic job. The man that was taking care of our project went over all of our options with us and explained everything very well.

I called Buck Roofing about a possible leak problem with my roof. The lady I spoke with said one of their Project Managers would get back to me. I received a call the next day from Brian Kramer, a Project Manager and we scheduled a time for him to come by the following day. Brian was right on time for the appointment and we discussed my problem. He went up on the roof and caulked around two vent pipes and also sealed a couple of shingles that had a slight amount of damage. He took pictures on his cell phone to show me what he had done so I wouldn't have to climb up on the roof. Brian was very friendly but professional at the same time. With his travel time and time spent on the job he spent more than an hour but didn't charge me for his services. I was very impressed with the response of the company and also the services provided by Brian. I would definitely use Buck Roofing in the future for any of my roofing needs.

THE GOOD: Roof was installed and looks great. Staff was very knowledgeable and I'm confident they were able to do a great job. NOT SO GOOD: The install date was delayed twice. I signed the contract on Dec 11, was told the construction would begin around Dec 28, then it was delayed "2 more weeks" when construction finally began on Feb 3. No communication about the delays, I had to contact them for the status each time. During this time I had major leaks that needed attention. They offered a temporary covering to stop the leaks which was ineffective.

Buck Roofing had to delay one week due to weather, but kept us posted about the changes in the schedule. They started on the day they predicted, and got straight to work. They removed the thick shake shingle roof and installed a new shingle roof. There were a number of complicated elements - two skylights, a fireplace, several gables, and all of the standard pipes. The new roof looks great and, to date, seems to keep the rain out!

There was a communication problem with part of my repair, but they rectified the issue, came out and completed the work, which I'm grateful for. Their quality of work is very good, just took me some time to get the issue corrected.

I contacted Buck roofing and was told they would call back the next day. Five days later I called again and registered my complaint that they had never called back. Had a call the next morning. Came out a day later to estimate the job, signed the paperwork and a crew showed up a week later and completed the job. They dropped off the gutter early and I painted to match the house, and i provided the singles to match the roof.

They are outstanding in every way. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very nice. They do an excellent job and are very clean and tidy. They did not leave anything laying around. They are prompt and as soon as you agree to the project they are here to do it.

They were great. The guy came and got on the roof. He was professional. He told me to see if my insurance company would pay for it. It was due to hail damage. He met with the insurance guy and showed him the damage. We decided to pay it ourselves. The guys came out on a Saturday to get it done. We haven't had a leak since then. I think they corrected the problem that we had. I appreciated the time they took to explain what was going. I feel like we got it fixed right by people who knew what they were talking about. They tried to cut down the cost without cutting corners.

Dave with Buck Roofing was always on time when he made appointments. He met with the insurance adjuster while I was out of town & called me with the adjuster's findings. He did an excellent job of communicating with me through the entire project. The job had to be cancelled a couple of times because of cold weather, but he always contacted me with scheduling updates. Once the project was completed, Dave came out and did his inspection of the quality of workmanship. He then sent a second person out to inspect the roof installation in case there was something he had missed. My neighbors have told me how nice my new shingles & gutters look. I am totally pleased with the job Buck Roofing did & I would definitely use them again.

I got three estimates and Whitney's (Buck Roofing) was actually the highest. However, he gave me some options regarding better insulation that I liked, I felt confident he could get the job done right, so I went with him. I was not disappointed.
