We were very satisfied with the service we received from this company. We had previous experience with them checking and replacing wood shakes until the time we decided to replace the roof. Whitney came out and promptly examined the roof, prepared an estimate and spoke to me about how the work would be done and why. It made perfect sense and was very logical; no "pressure selling". I chose them to do the work because of their reputation, punctuality and professionalism. Not one time during the "tear off" and installation were we bothered by trash around the house. The work crew was well supervised. We were personally informed every day of their progress and expectations on the completion timeframe. They cleaned up each day, you almost couldn't tell that they had been working. They completed the roof in a couple days and replaced the guttering afterwards when the weather was better (the old gutters were left in place until then). They did such a great job on the new gutters, I had to look close to see the difference. The color and style matched perfectly. I even took a chance and asked a favor that they replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a high wind that I had kept. I couldn't get up there to do it because of my knees and Whitney had it taken care of for me. They are definitely a company to consider, very customer-focused and easy to work with.

Out of 12 companies I called, they were the only company to return my call and show up. David was very professional. He examined my roof and made some minor repairs. He was very prompt and honest. I will be needing a new roof in the coming years and buck roofing will be the only company I call.

The job was truely professional from start to finish. The partner/sales manager, Chase Cross, met with us at the appointed time and provided us with a detailed listing of the work to be completed. He showed us pictures of the materials that would be used and an estimate of the time for completion. We were very impressed with his presentation and the quality of materials he recommended. After seeking other bids we felt confident that Buck Roofing was the company we wanted to go with. The job was scheduled and started on the date originally provied to us. It did rain during the course of the three days that the job was to take place. Chase was right on top of the weather conditions and ensured that the roof would be completed in sections so that the roof would be completely covered at all times. Chase was good to his word as we had two interruptions due to rain. The job was completed by the fourth day. The workers were friendly and cooperative. They cleaned the yard and driveway on a daily bases. Chase was excellent to work with and was on the job site several times each day. He was only a cell phone call away and very accessable. The other nice thing is that no money had to be paid until the job was completely finished. We are very pleased that we decided on Buck Roofing. We are also we pleased with the association we developed with Chase. He had our best interests in mind. We would highly recommend Chase and Buck Roofing for any of you roofing needs.

I was really happy with their service and they were able complete that in one day. I provided the framing and they installed 2 skylights and did the roofing too. They had a good selection of shingle colors to choose from.

Chase was excellent with his responsiveness and very timely with all of the appointments that we scheduled. He thoroughly explained my options and pricing. We scheduled work several weeks out and Chase's crew arrived just as promised, the entire crew was very professional and careful of my dogs and landscaping. Work was completed in one day on the roof and Chase's crew did an excellent job with the post installation clean up. The gutter crew came when promised and again did excellent work. Chase followed up to ensure that I was happy with the work done. I will definitely recommend Buck Roofing and if I need a roof replaced in the future will not hesitate to use them again!

I contacted Don Semple (Buck Roofing) by phone on 8/16/2014 to get an email address to where I could send pictures and measurements of my house so that he could provide a bid for replacing my roof and gutters. I immediately sent him an email on the same day. Approximately a week later on 8/22/2014, I followed up by email to inquire when I might expect his bid. Don replied back the same day (copy of email below) and stated that he would provide me with a bid no later than 8/23/2014. It is now 9/1/2014 and I still have not received a bid. Steve, Sorry, I was in the field supervising Monday and Tuesday and just missed seeing your emails from last Saturday, I will get our quote worked up for you and have it over to you tonight or early tomorrow. A sales associate met me at 2 of my apartment buildings to look at what repairs were needed. I'm currently waiting for the job to be completed.

Found a fist sized hole in our roof that I wanted repaired before the rains come again. We've already seen damage to the interior of the house. Called 6/10/14. Woman who answered was very professional, took my info, and would have someone get in touch. Hours go by and no phone call so I call again and she puts in another message for "Whitney" (sp?). Called around 10 a.m. this morning, 6/11/14, after receiving no call from Whitney. The solution? The woman gave me Whitney's phone number to call him myself. Well, if his employer can't get ol' Whit to respond, what chance have I? I'm sure ol' Whit does great work, but it looks like I'll never know. I'm calling around to other contractors.

.We were satisfied with the product provided. The crew that replaced the roof shingles were very good. The crew that replaced the rain gutter and downspouts were even better. We would have preferred that the crews had a better command of the English language and the crew chiefs were actually bilingual. All of the crew members were hard workers and very good at what they did.

They had the lowest price with the best warranty. They knew I was in a hurry to have the roof replaced and completed the job within a week of getting the go ahead. There were a couple of minor damage issues, which they repaired the same day. Very satisfied with the experience!

It went very well. We hired them to do the roof sometime during the winter or spring months and they said they would come out when the weather was around 45 degrees or more for two days, to replace the roof. They arrived very early in the morning to get started. There was about 5 guys and a foreman and the person who we had talked to initially. First they layed down tarps all around the house, then they were up on the roof removing the old shingles. Once that was removed, they removed the old black felt paper that was under the shingles, inspected the decking to see if any needed replacing. None did. They had brought extra plywood in case it did need to be replaced. They also removed all of the air vent caps and replaced them with new ,better and filtered air vent caps. They proceeded to lay down new black #30 felt paper and then the shingles along with new valleys and flashings . We had them put down the GAF Timberline HD ultra -dimensional wood-shake look shingles. Weathered Wood was the color we chose. They totally cleaned up after themselves and cleaned out the gutters. The Heat stack and the sewer vent pipe was painted to match the rest of the roof. It comes with a 7 year leak free Guarantee on installation defects and roof leaks. There was Job Supervision the entire time and No payment was required until the job was completed. We are very pleased with our new roof! Well done Guys!!

We had no problems at all. They were there when they said they were going to be there and got done when they said they would. I did have one little problem with them, they didn't get all the old nails out of the yard and I had to get a magnet and go over a lot of the yard and got a small bag full of nails. Other than that, I had no problems.

They did a good job. I like how they coordinated with our insurance company. Our insurance companies' original bid was lower than Buck Roofing and they went back and explained to them why it was the price it was and we got more money out of our insurance company accordingly. I like how they just coordinated everything and that was nice.

Buck Roofing was very good at installing our roof and gutters. We would highly recommend them and use them again.

Superb service! I had estimates in my hand same day, and the work was excellent! Roof took two days, and they tarped my entire roof to protect against rain, which it did, and the work was completed two days later when the storm passed. Property was swept multiple times for nails and other debris - I was well taken care of.

My roof and gutters needed replacing, so I contacted several roofing companies. Buck Roofing wasn't the lowest or the highest estimate. I chose them based on their reputation and knowledge. The crew that did the work was fast, efficient, and detail-oriented. My roof is steep and has several different angles/surfaces to deal with (which added to the cost), so I know it wasn't an easy job to do. They tore off half of the old shingles and replaced them the first day. Finished most the work the second day. Just a few things left to do on day three. Gutters and gutter screens were installed the next week (had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions.) I worked with Brian Kramer, who was very responsive to my questions and promptly retuned phone calls. He was on the job site each day to make sure things were getting done correctly and efficiently. The crew cleaned up the area at the end of each day. I did not find any trace of nails, roofing tiles, etc. laying around my yard. I appreciated their attention to detail. Would highly recommend Buck Roofing for any roofing needs!

Called about a new roof, and repair of the porch section of the roof, which had a rotten support beam. I asked Rob if the bid included the replacement of the beam. He told me that he thought the beam was fine. On my insistance, he looked underneath the cladding and discovered that the beam was indeed rotten. Rob's comments went from "I hadn't planned on that," to "I mean, we can do it." to "We'll have to see." He was going to send around a carpenter to see how much it would cost to replace the beam. Later, I emailed and told him not to bother, and went with another company. The damage seemed fairly obvious to me, and I had mentioned it to whomever first took my name and address, so I was rather disappointed that it had to be pointed out. --Scott

Beginning with our first contact with construction manager Chase the entire process went smoothly. The crew was always on time, pleasant and professional, and kept one of the cleanest, most efficient work sites we've seen. Chase was frequently on-the-job supervising and checking on work progress. Definitely recommend Buck Roofing.

I called Whitney of Buck Roofing on a Wednesday and they came out that day to check things out. The repair was completed on Thursday morning and they came back the next day to finish up some minor stuff. Because the hole was letting rain into my attic, I was quite thankful that they immediately came out and were able to find and fix the leak.
