Description of Work: They cleaned the waste line in the basement floor drain 150 feet to the main sewer line in the street. He came within an hour of my phone call. I've called AAACE every time I've needed service since I moved to this location. They have a record of their work and were able to tell me that a 70 year old sewer line that only needs to be cleaned every 7 years is a pretty good lateral.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink drain in our office break room was very slow to drain. We called Chris at AAAce Drain Cleaning. He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and best of all cleared the drain and fixed the problem. The charge was very reasonable. Description of Work: Excellent service! Cannot recall the gentleman's name, but he came to snake out a clogged shower drain. Unlike Roto-Rooter, instead of using and extra small snake to fit thorugh the grate, he actually took off the grating for the shower drain. The culprit turned out to be a messy, sticky blockage of residue at the top of the opening, just below where the grate is. The culprit turned out to be the shampoo we use, which he said is notorious for such problems. He also snaked the line, even though not really necessary. Great deal with our coupon from Angie's List.

 + -1 moreWe called AAAce Drain Cleaning after seeing the great feedback on Angie's list. I listed the story and details in my above paragraph about the services performed. Bottom line is that Chris Groves came in after another plumber spent 4 hours clearing a sink drain only to leave and left us to find the basement shower was backed up with water and black gunk. Chris cleaned up the mess, cleared all the lines and double checked to be sure everything was in working order. He was polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about his business! His attitude showed that he cared about his customers and took pride in his business. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Chris and AAAce Drain Cleaning! Highly recommended and the only person we'll call in the future!
Description of Work: We had a plumbing company come out last week to unclog a kitchen sink. After 4 hours they left and said it was fixed. Later we went downstairs and the basement shower was backed up with water and black gunk. So they didn't fix the problem, they just moved it on down the line to the basement. Needless to say we didn't call the original company back. We were very pleased with Chris Groves at AAAce Drain Cleaning when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what the initial plumber didn't do to ensure the line was completely clear. Chris was efficient and quick at fixing our backed up drain and left everything cleaner than he found it. He also gave us advice on how to keep the lines from getting clogged in the future. We will definitely hire him again and recommend his company to anyone needing a quality top-notch professional!

He cleared the drain quickly and also removed significant calcium buildup inside the drain pipe. He cleared the drain trap in the basement and resealed it. He was very courteous, professional, and prepared - the work area was spotless when he left. I will definitely use him again - a very pleasant experience!

Chris and his crew came out promptly (about 2 hours after I first called and would have come sooner but had another customer before me). They did all the work very quickly and had my washing machine and dishwasher working in no time. Very professional and courteous, and the cost was more than fair. I'd definitely use them again and will pass their name to all my friends who are looking for quality plumbing work.
