I was advised of an appointment time and informed that the technician would contact me as soon as he was moving to my location. ?As promised, AAAce called to let me know they were on their way and arrived within the allotted appointment window. ? My repair was completed quickly, efficiently and?with no mess so I was very pleased with the service. ?More importantly, I had forgotten that the company offered a 10% discount through Angie's list but the technician reminded me as I was paying. ?Wow! ? I appreciate a company that works so hard to ensure customer satisfaction. ?I will definitely use AAAce again!

Very pleased with Chris and his company. very professional, and helpful. Chis was there on time, he came inside figured out the issue and resolved it in about an hour. I would definatly use this company in the future.

I called to have a clogged sink fixed and was told a technician would be out in 1 to 1.5 hours. Chris Groves arrived within the time frame given. He worked with out plant manager to decide how to fix and prevent this issue in the future. He did the work they agreed on. Because I was gone when he finished he called me an hour later to explain what he did and to make sure he took care of everything we needed. He was very professional and the recommendations he made were all cost effective. The service and price were great. I would recommend him to anybody that needs plumbing service.

Chris is fantastic! I almost never take/have the time to write reviews (which is why this one took me so long), but I didn't want this one to go unwritten. I wanted to make sure everyone to knows how great Chris is. He's very professional, super nice and resolved all our issues. More importantly though, what I want to say about Chris, is that he's very upfront and honest and this saved us a bunch of money. In order to resolve the issue with our faucet, we would need (several) replacement parts. We have Kohler faucets which meant this could have been pretty steep. Thankfully we had Chris because he reminded us of Kohler's warranty and the parts didn't cost us a penny! He could very easily have offered to get the replacement parts on our behalf, increased the price and then taken his cut; but he didn't. It was more important for him to be honest then to make a few extra bucks. How refreshing!! I would highly recommend Chris for future service! As a matter of fact, I'm using him again tomorrow for a garbage disposal. Thanks Chris!!

With notification, the technician was early and he went right to work. The kitchen sink line to the main sewer line was clogged - badly, clogged. The vent line had not been professionally cleaned out for many years. After 1 1/2 hours of work the clog was finally broken up and flushed to the main sewer line.

Chris is great. He owns the business and gives you all the details. I like understanding the work being performed. He first diagnosed the issue of a sub main line in the basement that all my main kitchen and clothes washing machine drains into. I have had problem with this line and knew it needed to be cleaned out. However, we were not able to cause a problem when he was there but I told him to go ahead and clean the line anyway. He ran the line twice to be sure and ran water from the washing machine to flush the line. Clean and efficient. He also gave me ongoing maintenance advice to help keep things flowing. I will have him back to clean my main line in the spring.

riArrived early, after a notification call. All equipment in great condition and clean. Good explanation on process, and step up procedure should extra steps be required. Down to business. great troubleshooting on multiple drain inputs -- picked exactly the right input. Problem cleared, and showed me how it was fixed. Then showed me great ideas for periodic maintenance to keep old iron drain lines running clean. Exceptional performance. Totally confident in his work and advice. Oh by the way, an incredible value at $120. no up-selling. unless the situation required added effort. And he had everything in the truck to go to the next step in case more was needed. again One Stop shopping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My sewer line got clogged up and the waste water backed up into my basement. The blockage was about 120 feet from the cleanout in the basement. First, I contacted a large company specializing in these kinds of problems. They made two attempts by different technicians to clean out the line using their augers. After the failed attempts, they recommended excavation and spot repairing a section of the pipe. Their price quote for the repair was thousand s of dollars. I clearly needed a second opinion. Based on Angie's list reviews, I chose AAACE. Chris came out about an hour and half after my call. With his blades he successfully removed the roots that blocked the pipe. He also gave me a flash drive with a video he took to document that the line was clean, and no structural damage could be seen. He also marked in my backyard where I should consider adding a cleanout in order to make it less costly to maintain the sewer line. In addition, Chris also helped with and made some recommendations regarding some toilet drainage issues I had in the house.

Nicest guy ever. Not only did he get the basement drain unclogged and clean the area up, but he helped me figure out that a drain line underground in my yard was not clogged as I thought it might be. He even went out into my busy street and cleaned up glass from an accident that happened moments before his arrival! Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Chris came out to my house the same morning that I called. He phoned to let me know that he was on the way. He was very polite and efficient. He left everything clean.

Went very well. Kitchen drain plugged. Called Aaace and they came out right away. Cleared drain quickly and was out of here. Cleaned up nicely afterwards also !

I called at 9pm (assuming to leave a message on a machine)...the phone was answered by a real person--in fact, the man who came out the next morning at 9am to fix my sink drain. He was on time, efficient and effective!! Sink was cleared and I was relieved and impressed with the level of customer service. And he had a coupon for Angie's List members--extra bonus!

I called in the morning at 9am to have someone come to my house to take a look at my basement water drain that was backing up, and filling my basement with water. I spoke to the receptionists, she said Chris would be able to come by "around lunch", and he would call when he is on the way. Around noon, no update, 12:30, no update, 1:30, no update. At 2pm, I called back and receptionist didn't know when he'd coming to my house. I called back again at 2:15, and she had just spoken to Chris. He got busy on another job, and was behind schedule, he still had to go to Olathe for a job before me, and then to my house (in Prairie Village). She said it will likely be a few more hours, and maybe not today at all. She wanted to know if I was going to call someone else, and if Chris should still come to my house. She also mentioned, they were husband and wife, and he's a one man crew. So if he gets busy, good luck with your problem. This is really frustrating as a customer. I understand jobs get behind, just call me and give me a heads up. I had a relative sitting in my house all day waiting for the plumber to show up and he never did. I called another Angie's List competitor (larger company this time) and they showed up within an hour.

On both occasions, Chris returned my calls immediately and scheduled an appointment time for later that same day. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the drain blockages, and cleared the drains quickly. He left the work areas spotless! He is very courteous and professional, and skilled in his trade. He even remembered where my drain lines were in my basement after his first service call in 2011. Each time I've used him, the service experience has been wonderful, and I recommend him to everyone!

Huge contrast between this company and another supposedly highly rated one I used recently. Previous company put minimal effort into unclogging the drain and it was draining slow within a couple of weeks. With Aaace, the technician took his time and made sure it really was unclogged. He also took time to see what he could do to fix an issue with my kitchen sink just to be helpful--and it seems to be fixed, though I will get a new washer as he recommends. I had just had my hardwood floor refinished, and he was very careful to wipe his feet each time and keep things clean.

We had water overflow from standpipe behind washer, a very slow tub drain, and gurgling from kitchen sink. Chris from AAAce quickly determined that we had two unrelated drain issues. He patiently and thoroughly cleaned the two partially clogged drains to resolve the problem.

Everytime I ran the washer the water would come pouring out the pipe behind it. I called on the afternoon of the 14th and they made an appointment for me the next day at 9:00 am. He was on time, maybe even 5 minutes early. When he got here, he went to straight to work and cleaned the drain both the kitchen sink and the washer are on. He made sure everything was running smoothly and then cleaned up. I have to say that I have never had anyone that has come to clean the drains leave things so tidy! The young man was very professional and very pleasant. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the drains clean.

I had a slow drain near the furnace in an unfinished basement, that one morning was overflowing. Looked up "drain cleaning" on Angie's list, found Chris was in my area and he had good reviews, so gave him a call mid-morning. He offered me an appointment for after lunch and arrived on time. He was considerate of my house, explained to me what he was doing to solve my problem, and gave me some tips to prevent the problem in the future. All in all, I was very happy with the service and would contact Chris in the future as needed.

We called AAAce the morning we were to leave to go out of town and we were so grateful to learn that they would be out within the hour! Chris called us once he was on his way to our house. Chris discovered that tree roots had been plugging up the main drain about 100 feet out, and he was able to remove them. After breaking through the blockage in the line, he flushed out the line with lots of water. He also installed a new drain cap in the basement floor for us, and told us what product to use in the future to prevent the roots from causing another blockage. A very nice, very intelligent guy! We so appreciated his work which was completed in a prompt manner!

Called Chris and he was very courteous and gave us an approximate time we could expect him that day. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable, he knows his business! Great service and gave us a lot of information on our drains and how to keep them cleaned out. I will call him again when needed.
