Tech did a fine job of keeping our home clean while he brought in/out equipment and worked.

After hosting 25 guests over the holidays, we woke up to a gross basement. Within just a couple hours of our phone call, Monty was able to arrive. He diagnosed the problem and successfully unclogged our sewer line on New Year’s Day for a reasonable price. That’s the way to start 2020!

I had a puddle of water around the basement drain. he quickly figured out the main line was ok, the drain had a short line to the main drain, and that was blocked. He fixed it within about 10 minutes. Polite, professional, I would hire again. Other companies had specials, so I could have had it fixed for less money elsewhere, but I have used this company more than once, and am happy with them.

Work was done quick and with a smile. Big Mike is the man ask for him!

Everything went very well. I called on a Sunday describing our problem, of our double laundry sinks backing up and overflowing whenever we did a wash. I was hoping to find an affordable service, as some of these companies have amazingly high rates which we cannot afford. They said they did not charge extra for weekends, and a technician was here within 2-hours. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to correct it. He had to send the electrically driven auger quite a way down our sewer line for the water to run thru it well again. But then we found the sinks were still overflowing, so he had to run the pipes in the cabinet under the sinks. So we were charged for 2 clean-outs, but the final price was considerably less than I've been quote by other high-priced companies in the past, about 1/3rd as much. So I am very happy with this service and have carefully logged them to my computer Plumbing file as the ones to call in the future when we will undoubtedly have similar problems.

Being a first time home buyer can be a stressful time. A stressor that I did not expect was getting a sewer scope. Not only did the tech try to slap me with a mystery $75 additional fee with no explanation during it after the fact, they also completely misdiagnosed a collapsed sewer line as “sludge that just needed to be augered”. This is the difference of a couple hundred dollar auger vs $5,000 repair that I could have been hit with after purchasing my home. Thankfully the seller had a more reputable company inspect the line and caught the issue. Still created a huge inconvenience and caused renegotiation/escrow delays due to the misdiagnosed issue with the initial inspection by A-1. My advice... USE SOMEONE ELSE unless you like being charged a premium from a company who can’t even provide the minimum. They have no intention of refunding my inspection fee even after it was brought to their attention

I have an older house with odd pipes that got clogged and needed a plumber. They sent one within 30 min. and he was able to get everything cleared at a very reasonable price. I would definitely call again.

Mike was great - very professional, discussed possible causes, etc. I think he felt worse about the "bad news" than I did. Video inspector (Paul?) spent time with me on the phone explaining everything. I haven't seen the report yet, but I have seen the marks for the break he made. Both of them obviously knew what they were doing and communicated the issues clearly to me.

Service pro showed up about 2.5 hours after my first call, got my sewer line draining again. Unlike other companies I had previously used there was no long winded sales pitch to replace my entire line. Which is good, because an occasional root cleaning will do the trick. I'll be using the company again pro-actively next time before there is a back up.

I was very impressed by the approach to my problem. It was immediately obvious that the service technician was not just trying to make a sale. He first asked if the pump stopped working when the temperature first became very cold. I told him it had not worked for weeks--we had been using a wet vac to pump the water out. He observed that some water was being pumped out, but the hose was so collapsed that the flow was restricted. Also he speculated that water had probably frozen in the hose during the extended period of extremely cold weather, thus restricting any flow. Because of the age of the pump, he acknowledged that at some point we would need a new pump, but not now. He recommended options regarding the type of hose being used, and he told us how much a new pump and installation would cost. I very much appreciate his honesty, and will certainly call this company about plumbing issues and share this experience with others.

They responded quickly to our call, and even let us know a technician was available sooner than what they quoted us. They were quick to get our new water heater and get it installed. Pricing was fair. I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card, which was helpful as I was at work when service performed.
