Description of Work: Have used them to clear clogged drains for many years at my rental homes. They are prompt, quick and complete.

Description of Work: We have used this company twice. They always go above and beyond for the customer. Our first service, they did a complete mainline overhaul and installed all plumbing for bathroom and kitchen. Second time we had a entrance valve leak, which was fixed, and then had a shutoff valve installed.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the kitchen sink drain. They did a good job.

Description of Work: The company called to let me know they were on their way and he was there when I arrived. He cleared the sewer line and told me I needed to have it filmed. He quoted a price and told me no company would give me a copy of the footage and I would have to pay apeveryone for an estimate. I did not schedule the filming with him. As he left he flippantly said, "See you in a year." He meant if I didn't have the sewer line replaced he'd be back.

Description of Work: Late at night. Raining. Patio drains not taking water away fast enough. They came. They were personable. They knew what they were doing. They solved the problem. They made good suggestions for dealing with the problem in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned one of our lines and did a video camera inspection.

Description of Work: Was referred by a licensed plumber who has worked for family member. Another plumbing firm told us a floor drain was broken and needed a portion replace, involving jackhammering basement floor in finished basement. A-1 tech was out within a couple of hours and unplugged the drain in 15 minutes. Cost was $123.50. Very professional.
