Good overall. On time, did what they promised, and cleaned up. Price was for full truck, and truck not that large. Price by volume alone, so brush is expensive. I would use them again for heavy, bulky trash hauling, but maybe not brush as more expensive.

They called to say they would be arriving early. They showed up promptly after the call. They quickly loaded the demo debris and swept up the area. They were in and out in a very short period of time. The process was very easy.

Fantastic experience. They phoned ahead to ensure I was at home and they came out exactly on time with two employees and their large truck. Pricing was negotiated before the work began to ensure I agreed to the price. I also got a discount for booking them through their web site. The employees were strong enough to do the work and seemed very motivated. After hauling trash into their truck, they swept the porch area to ensure they left it clean. Employees were very courteous and professional and spoke fluent English. Work was performed very fast. No slackers. This was the second time I have used their service, and both times I have been extremely pleased. I know they cost a bit more than a general-purpose hauler, but I'm willing to pay for this level of service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any hauling project.

A very pleasant experience. Two young men in blue company shirts arrived on time, after calling from the road, in a clean company truck. I showed them all the items to be taken & they quoted the price. Since 2 items were in the basement, I asked them to carry a couple of things on their way down, & they graciously agreed. The old doghouse left a pile of wood chips & dirt on the patio, which they swept up & put in the truck! They "Yes, ma'am"-ed everything I said. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. I will be using this company again!

They sent 2 very young boys. They were very good. Very nice. I was impressed with them. The cleaned up the mess and I was very pleased.

I scheduled this completely online, they showed up when they said they would, and the two guys removed everything quickly and w/o damaging my walls, etc. They'll remove whatever you have (as long as it isn't toxic) from wherever you have it (basement, attic, etc.) Not cheap but I needed the stuff gone fast and that's what they did.

Fantastic experience. Professional crew. Good value for the service. I will absolutely call them again. Plus, they carry $1 million in insurance, which is unusual for a junk hauler.

TWO VERY NICE GENTLEMEN CAME TO PICK UP THE CHAIRS. ONE TOOK HIS SHOES OFF BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN RAINING AND THEY WERE MUDDY. THEY BOTH ASKED IF EVERYONE I TALKED TO HAD BEEN NICE TO ME. THEY HAVE A CHART THEY GO BY TO DETERMINE WHAT THEY CHARGE. I TOLD THEM IF THEY KNEW ANYONE WHO COULD USE THE CHAIRS I WOULD BE GLAD FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE THEM. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE THEM TO A WOMEN'S SHELTER. THEY RECYCLE AND DONATE WHEN THEY ARE IN THE VICINITY OF A RECYCLE OR DONATION LOCATION. THESE PEOPLE WERE QUICK, EFFICIENT AND POLITE AND I ALSO RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL TO BE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY CAN BE A GODSEND WHEN YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP AN AREA AND GET OUT OF A LEASED OFFICE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UP AFTER THE DUMPSTER WAS REMOVED. THEY CLEANED UP A FRIENDS SIGHT AFTER THEY CLOSED DOWN A COMPETITOR THEY BOUGHT. I WILL USE THEM FOR THE SAME THING IN A FEW WEEKS.

THEY CALLED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL. CAME ON TIME. BID THE JOB WITH 10 MINUTES AND HAD 5 MEN AND TWO TRUCKS FULL OF ALL THE TRASH FROM MY HOUSE AND BACKYARD. THEY WORKED HARD ON A HOT MUGGY DAY, NEATLY DRESSED IN THIS AWFUL, HOT WEATHER, CHEERFUL WHILE THEY WORKED AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, EVEN AFTER THEY REMOVED THE LARGE WOODPILE, RAKED THE AREA OF TRASH AND OTHER BRANCHES AND LEAVES THAT HAD ACCUMULATED AROUND IT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, LOTS OF WORK AND DID IT IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. I AM VERY PLEASED AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. CHEAPER THAN RENTING A DUMPSTER AND HIRING PEOPLE TO DO IT MYSELF. ALSO THEY HAVE COUPONS IN THE KC CLIPS MAGAZINE THAT I USED THAT TOOK $40.00 OFF THE BID COST. IF YOU HAVE HAULING, THEY ARE THE ONES TO DO IT QUICKLY.
