There were additional fees because I bought, which was a good deal, for him to come out again for the air conditioner and bought for him to come this year for the air conditioner and the furnace. So, there were four trips out to check my air conditioner and furnace. I thought Don particularly did a great job. The price was pretty reasonable for what they did.

I really like Don. This man is very thorough. I did pay him an extra $36 for a filter, but he showed me the filters. He showed me what he was doing. He is very thorough. He goes over everything he did. He checked the air conditioner even though he did not need to. He is the same person that came the first time and he came back again.

Installation of new furnace went great.

I wasn't there that day, but I think they did fine. The unit seems to be functioning fine. I had priced two other companies and they were both over $600 more than what this company charged.They arrived on time.

Service guy (Jason) was beyond helpful and nice. Really quick and prompt with a phone call ahead of arriving. Just disappointed on the price gouging on the part.

Fixed issue and did some other quick clean up, changed the filter, helped renters understand where to get, how to change, and how often to change the filter. Issue was capacitor so our fears of a costly issue weren't realized. For an older system, we know we are working on borrowed time -- John just gave us more time.

I called Cris on 4/25/16 to get prices on a new Furnace.. The next day Daniel came to give the estimate and pertinent information on a new Furnace. The following day Chuck installed the new Furnace. Everyone was both professional, courteous, and friendly.as they were the first time I used them. I am satisfied with the product, prices, and their prompt service. I would recommend Santa Fe Heating for heating and AC needs. Lloyd

Daniel, the Service Pro Associate, quickly found and resolved the problem. He arrived on time, calling first to ensure we were ready. He was professional, courteous and thorough in his explanations. The checkups were more extensive than we've had with other providers. That he was able to zero in on the problem so quickly was greatly appreciated. We feel much safer now. We highly recommend Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating.

Was ok except he told me I needed work done that my warranty provider told me I did not need done. Not sure who to believe however my furnace is running fine without the work.

The crew was very polite and courteous. They were thorough in the cleaning process. Would not hesitate to have this company in my home in the future

Brent, Jeff, and Jesse came out to do duct cleaning at my house. They did a great job, explained their process, took great care of my home with tarps/floor coverings, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They worked hard from start to finish! I even got a microbial treatment to kill any germs in my duct work. Having allergy kiddos, I think having my ducts cleaned will make our spring a little more comfortable this year!

It turned out great. We hired them to come out in the fall and do the winterizing as well. It was great experience. Honest people!

Service performed was fine.

The tech, Jason, showed up on time completed the job quickly, explained what needed to be done and explained the cost associated with repairs that he determined needed to be made. Very professional. This is the second time we have used Santa Fe and have found their level of service to be beyond reproach.

The service professional (John H.) arrived on time, and immediately set to work. He checked the thermostat, then started on the furnace. He explained everything he was doing, and showed me how to change the filter myself. He cleaned everything very well, and tested several components. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely have him back in the spring to check my air conditioner.

The installer called to let me know when he would arrive and he was here at the time he said he would. Both Chuck and Billy were both professional and friendly. I am pleased with the product, price. and the installation. I would not hesitate to use them again should I find I need their services. Lloyd

A different company had told me my heat exchanger was bad. The Santa Fe technician, John, spent more than an hour taking the furnace apart and showing me the heat exchanger from the outside, proving there were no holes or cracks in it. He explained how the thing worked and why one would expect rust spots in an 11-year-old furnace, which the previous technician had said were proof that it had gone bad. He put the whole thing back together, sealed it, did maintenance on my humidifyer, and even glued together some PVC drain pipe that had come apart. Excellent service, super nice guy.

I needed a new furnace and I scheduled appointments with several HVAC companies, including Santa Fe for replacement options. JJ from Santa Fe provided me with a wealth of information on the differences in furnace and air conditioner efficiencies and associated cost savings. The questions that he asked me in order to spec a new system were thoughtful and in line with what I thought he should ask. JJ gave me several options and recommended one based on best warrantee and features. In addition to JJ, I also liked how Santa Fe presented its pricing information as it clearly showed what each furnace/efficiency cost, the energy cost savings that it provided and the features that it came with. I received quotes from several other HVAC companies and they were no where as thorough and easy to understand as Santa Fe's. I also felt that JJ was very honest and ethical. I'm sad to say that I went with the company currently servicing my furnace as they offered me a slightly better deal for being a current customer. Had they not done so, I would have gone with Santa Fe because of my very positive experience with JJ.

It was okay. I can't think of anything they could have done better.

Very informative technician. He was pleasant and checked everything thoroughly. He explained all the work that he did. Did not rush through the appt. John also wrote out everything he did to refer to later if needed.

John was very professional and helpful explaining how everything works. We've been using Sante Fe Air Conditioning and Heating for years and have always been pleased with their service.

After playing around with another company for awhile whose technicians were continuously on a mission to "up-sale", I returned to Santa Fe Air Conditioning when I saw this $49 deal on Angie's List, and I couldn't have been more happy with with the quality of the service and working with a reputable company once again. The technician went over and above to service my unit for that $49, and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future for my heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend!

Very professional and efficient. Discovered a couple of issues, explained in detail why they needed to be fixed and gave me the pricing. I appreciated the technician letting me know what was critical as opposed to it can wait to be addressed. He fixed our problems right on the spot. He was punctual, wore covers on his shoes and worked clean. I would recommend this company for your furnace and air conditioning needs.

Everything was fine. The tech was very professional and explained everything. The only thing was (and this is minor), I was to receive a call after 1 pm telling me when he would arrive. I didn't get a call.
