Santa Fe provided prompt, quality service. They even honored a coupon after the work had already been quoted, completed and paid. Will definitely work with Santa Fe again.

This was my 2nd time using their services and they were great.

Extremely professional staff. The technician completed all checks and provided his recommendations. He was both very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We will certainly keep Santa Fe Heating and AC in mind for any/all future needs.

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly tech allowed me to watch and ask questions so I could be comfortable with what he was doing. He added a small amount of freon to allow the system to function at full capacity.

The service expert (John) did a great of explaining what he was testing, how my system worked and pointed out any concerns. Very professional and friendly.

The workmen were courteous and competent. They found that the tank they had been given for this job had a big dent. They were dismayed. The tank was too tall to fit on hook ups in our basement because our existing tank is a "short" tank and they brought a "tall" tank. They said they would go back to get the proper tank and someone would call us to reschedule. About 30 minutes later we got a call from Santa Fe saying they needed $300 more to provide us with a suitable 40 gallon tank. We needed some time to think. The price had just been ratcheted up to full cost. I went on line at Home Depot to see what the true difference in cost was for a "short" tank. It was $48 more than the cheapest tall tank. I called Santa Fe back to say we would pay an additional $50. The woman said that she did not get her tanks from Home Depot and she needed $300 more. I told her no. We would not pay the extra cost. We are suspicious that Santa Fe bought a truck load of dented tanks for a great price and offered the "buy it now" coupon. Angie's List said they will refund the $799 we had already paid. I think Santa Fe operated in bad faith and I will never trust them again.

They were excellent, very nice, gave me results of his findings, professional, and covered his shoes. He came on time.

They have come out a couple of times and we have seen a total of four workers. It took a day to complete the work. They knew what they were doing, they're very professional, and they answered any questions I had. They were willing to come back to check one issue. They came back immediately and fixed it in the same day.

Overall--Very Well! John is very knowledgable and willing to take the extra time to explain and work on potential wear points.

Great! Everything was completed on time and just as planned. We felt like the pricing was excellent. The installers were very professional and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Their office staff is great as well - always very responsive and helpful. We've used them for general heat/ac service calls for years prior to this install as well and never had a bad experience with this company - they've always been very reliable.

It was great. They completed it efficiently, professionally and as expected.

Extremely nice service tech showed excellent knowledge of my energy efficient furnace. Very thorough in checking items for annual maintenance per scheduled request. I am the "inquisitive type of short, stout old lady" and he patiently permitted me to ask questions throughout the process with good recommendations so I should not have issues. ( I was not - routine cleaning)

It went very well. Work was done well. They did not leave a mess. There are only a couple of things I should have looked at and asked for. The sits up on a wall the gas control for the pilot light is on top of the housing and hard to get to. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Second they did a great job to install a vent in the wall but it is not controlled by the thermostat. If they had quoted me a price while they were there I would have preferred that to a constantly open vent. But I like them so well I am considering moving my business to them.

They determined that the problem wasn't the heat sensor, it was too-small ducts that were causing furnace to overheat. They were able to make short-term adjustments that would allow furnace to work, although ducts will eventually need full replacement. But I am now able to heat my home again. And even though it was a difficult diagnosis that took them almost seven hours, they still only charged me a small fee. I was extremely impressed by their dedication.

Made appointment and they came right on time. Serviced furnace and humidifier and fully explained what he did to both, including replacing water filter in humidifier. Very professional and thorough and will use again.

The actual service once performed was fine and I rated the tech accordingly. My concern is that the company never contacted me. I had to call them for service despite the upfront request for preferred scheduled times. What is the purpose of that request if you never intend to call the customer, but make them call you to schedule? Then, they could not find my info and had to double check and call back. I asked about checking the humidifier and was offered a higher priced service and the actual paid service was minimalized as if I was getting what I paid for.

Daniel of Santa Fe came out and discussed the various options and prices and gave me a detailed quote for the two options I told him I wanted to consider. He was a very professional and no-nonsense type of guy, and the prices were reasonable and on the low end of the other bids I received for the project. I selected a 4 ton air conditioner and furnace which weren't the Cadillacs of the line, but not cheapies either in terms of efficiency, etc. Marco and Jeff of Santa Fe arrived on time for the installation, and it went very smoothly and was completed in less than one afternoon. They were pleasant and professional individuals who I was pleased to have working in my home. They cleaned up the work space and took the time to explain the warranties and operation of the system. I was very impressed with Santa Fe's people and with the fact that they give additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's on the equipment they sell. I'm most satisified with the products they installed, the prices they charged, and how the installation went.
