Description of Work: Purchased HVAC service special from Angie's List. Asked Dennis to listen to my concerns & was willing to pay for 2nd visit if necessary. He traced a problem and found the booster motors were not wired correctly so not working. Once corrected, output to 3rd story markedly improved. Although I do have warranty on both parts & labor w/ another company, I paid for Dennis to fix a small problem he found w/HVAC. Decided he had been so thorough would just pay for his time and the part and be done. Dennis was very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend Dennis / Santa Fe Air.

Description of Work: I have a routine maintenance contract with them and they come out twice a year. In the Spring, they come and look at the air conditioning and in the Winter, they come and look at the heater.

Duane, the owner, was professional in every way, addressed all of my concerns and completed the job beyond my expectations. I love my solar system and will add to it as soon as I'm able, and I will definitely use Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating to do it!

Description of Work: We took advantage of Santa Fe's offer for a special priced furnace inspection as our furnace is relatively old (1978). The inspection took him at least half an hour-- very thorough especially as we'd expected maybe a quick 5 minute look by Santa Fe. We've used this Company in the past & have always had a good experience with them. My only regret is that they do not work on plumbing along with their heating & cooling work! If they did, they'd also be first on our list of plumbers to call when needed.
