Work was done quickly and very professional. The installing tech worked very clean and efficient.

We bought a special on Angie's List for Santa Fe to do two furnace tune-ups and two AC tune-ups. We have only had the first furnace tune-up so far. However, they were easy to work with for scheduling and were professional. Also, they were not pushy with any recommended repairs/maintenance. They offer an annual furnace/AC plan, that we will most likely be purchasing for peace of mind.

Fixed quickly. Problem was dirty flame sensor.

Great service. The technician was informative and helpful. He marked and explained to me the duct settings for each season, humidifier use, routine cleaning that I can perform, as well as how to determine the need for air filter changes. I have been a home owner for many years and have not previously had this level of care given to my understanding of our home system.

As new home owners we had multiple issues with our AC, and Santa Fe Air has outshone the multiple companies we've worked with previously. Their deal for 2 years of tune-ups was outstanding, their reservations agent was exceptionally warm, professional and helpful. Daniel arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional-- and worked very expediently. We also had an error code pop-up over the weekend, and he easily found the issue. We ordered UV bulbs to install in the system, and he installed those as well! A+ We are so grateful to find a company to work with for all our future heating and cooling needs!

Work quality was excellent for both of the above items. They sent Dennis both times.

The Tech explained everything as he went through the system, he was very thorough.

They discovered my gas hot water heater wasn't drafting properly and it was dangerous. I'd give them an "A" for overall service, I'd give them all "A's". I would use them again.

When I had them out, it became a problem. Not of their doing, it was with the way the house was built. They had to do some extra work, they didn't give up. It was a venting problem and they kept at it, and I liked that. They put in a lot of hours. I don't recall having to wait around all day. Their professionalism is good too. I would use them again. They were knowledgeable.

I was called 30 minutes before arrival which is very important to me. Services were completed in a timely manner. I was verbally and in writing given an overview of the condition of my equipment. I was very happy with the services provided.

Dennis was prompt, punctual, efficient, and was clearly a great technician and representative of Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating. He did a great job and I will be using them again.

We had used Santa Fe previously based on Angie's List reviews. The technician that came out provided several different stories as to what might need to be replaced. He tried to say they might have to replace the cage or other parts but eventually agreed they just needed to replace to blower. He quoted over $800 for the replacement. When I asked for a parts vs labor cost he refused to provide one. When I asked for a part or model number he also would not provide the information. I had already confirmed that the part is roughly $175. I called and spoke with the office manager who confirmed that their markup and labor for a one hour or less replacement is over $600. She tried to explain that they are like auto repair shops who don't provide parts and labor pricing (which I have never seen before.) I paid $80 for an inspection where they would not even confirm the unit model number or part number I needed. Luckily I can get that in 10 minutes on my own. If you want unclear pricing and to pay over $600 an hour on labor Santa Fe is your company.

They were here quickly with a quote that was explained by Mark O very clearly and thoroughly. We accepted the quote and scheduled the installation to start the following day. Jeff T (and Jesse) worked very quickly and managed to get most of the work done in one day. They had help part of the time from two other people. They returned the next day and completed the work. We had a glitch that afternoon, and John was out here within an hour or so to solve the problem. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, efficient, and willing to take time to explain things. In addition to the service people, their office administrator was exceptionally helpful.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling air on Sunday morning. We called Santa Fe soon after they opened, they scheduled a technician to arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Mark W. called to say when he would arrive, arrived on time and located the problem within five minutes of assessing our unit. Once diagnosed, he gave us the quote to fix the issue and it was resolved very quickly. He was very professional and should any more issues occur, we'll call and ask for him!
