Description of Work: We are delighted with the new Carrier furnace with variable motor & dust "catcher" that Sante Fe installed on 10/22/2015. Our old furnace worked fine but was put in in 1978 & the heat exchanger showed signs of rust. We got 2 estimates before the work & Sante Fe was $1100 cheaper for the exact same equipment! They arrived only 15 minutes late & called to say they were running late. Our old equipment was hauled off & they worked hours getting the new stuff installed & making sure everything was running properly. They also had to take our humidifier off the old furnace & attach it to the new one so this took extra time. They didn't quit for supper or breaks & left everything spiffy clean. We've used them in the past & will surely do so in the future!

Description of Work: I will use Santa Fe Heating & AC again! From start to finish, they were professional, timely and responsive. The tecnician performed a furnace check and changed the furnace filter. He called to say he was on his way and the office called the day before the appointment to remind us. Wonderful service!

Description of Work: We got the big deal $29.00 for service call for a second opinion when another company had told us that our compressor needed to be replaced on our 6 year old unit. Santa Fe came out when they said they would, checked the unit, and said it just needed to be "reset" (apparently had some sort of electrical issue). Needless to say, we were thrilled. The air conditioner worked beautifully all summer, and we saved a ton of money. Santa Fe will be our service provider for our home and rental properties in the future!!

Description of Work: Purchased a $59 deal from Angie's List that included a 16 point system evaluation with cleaning of outside AC unit and 1 pound of Freon. Technician was right on time and kept my husband informed of everything he was doing. Advised that system was very low on Freon and gave us the price of Freon per pound. Our unit needed 3 pounds of Freon so we paid for the two additional pounds that weren't included in the coupon. Very satisfied with this company and will use again if we need them in the future. Very professional. Someone from the office called back a few days after he was here to make sure everything was going alright. Don't think I have ever had that happen before. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Repair of water softener brining tank. Maintenance on the system as provided in our rental agreement for the equipment.

Description of Work: They performed the full 29 point preventive maintenance service check on my air conditioning unit. They were on time, very professional, very thorough, competent and polite. I'm running out of adjectives here! Good work by a very professional company who have obviously figured out what customers want.

Description of Work: I replaced both furnace and a/c. They arrived early and waited for me to get home, and was gone by early afternoon as promised. Because of the size of y house, it required an extra tonage costing an extra $1000 and i expected that prior to purchase.
