Great. No problems.
Description of Work: MY master bedroom and bathroom were always colder than the rest of the house. They came out and were very thorough in the evaluation of the problem. The tech noticed that maybe just directing more air to that area would help. We did and the area is considerably warmer and definitely more comfortable.

service man always kind.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my furnace. It was making noise and quit working for a couple of hours two or three times in the previous six months. It did it once when I was using A/C, so it seems to be related to the fan and not the furnace itself. I decided to have a furnace tune-up at the same time as having the problem checked out. They came the same day. The bad news is that it started working again before the technician arrived and he was not able to isolate the problem. He was leaning toward believing that it sounded like a bearing might be going out in the blower and that it needs to be replaced, but he suggested waiting until it does it again with the hope that it will do it when he is here. I ended up signing up for their annual plan for one year, which will include an a/c tune-up in the Spring.
