John arrived on time and was courteous and professional, as always. Our furnace uses space guard filters, which are quite expensive. He arrived with filter in hand, but upon inspection, assessed that the filter currently in place would be good for another six months! Always honest about work that needs to be done.

Installation went very smoothly and our new system works perfectly. In fact we didn't realize how inefficient our old unit had gotten until now that we are able to have so much more consistent temperatures throughout the house with the new system! We can't say enough positive things about Santa Fe Air - they have always provided excellent service and this time was no exception! Marco M. and his assistant arrived promptly and worked very hard to ensure everything was done right and that we were satisfied. They were very courteous and professional. It didn't turn out very well. They tried to upsell some things for us but we actually didn't buy anything from them. It felt like it was a very high pressure sale. He tried to confuse my wife in trying to get us to pay a whole bunch of money for not a whole lot of game.

This is the first time we have used Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating and the service went great, the technician was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. It was nice to get a good deal on the tune-up service and we ended up needing just about the included amount of refrigerant. The technician didn't seem rushed at all and took the time to full answer and explain any questions I had. I also learned a few good tips from him for future maintenance on our entire HVAC system. This was a great deal for a 20 point inspection, so I signed up. First off, the office was very helpful by providing me a tighter time frame for my visit (instead of 1-4, 2-3), so I could be home in time. The tech was friedly, clean, and polite. He ran the inspection, asked me questions, and spent a good 30 minutes outside in 100 degree heat cleaning the unit extensively. Afterwards, he gave me suggestions for improving the performance of my (very old) unit, and went on his way. He was not pushy in trying to sell me a new unit, which I obviously need. At my request, he gave me a general ballpark price range so I would be informed if I did start looking into it. A great experience. A+!

Dennis arrived promptly with "booties" on ready to work. He performed an A/C tuneup. I've had problems with my system and he provided me with a checklist of repairs required with details and pricing. He stayed to complete the necessary repairs which I'm sure put him behind for the day. Sorry Dennis! He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I felt confident in his ability to address my situation and get my system running more efficiently. I will likely have to replace my system next spring and will definitely request a quote from them.

We choose Santa Fe Air Conditioning because of the special deal offered (59.00) and because of their Angies list rating and positive reviews. It was the first time I had purchased a service on-line. It went so smoothly. They called me quickly and scheduled the appointment on one of the days I had requested. The technician called when he was on his way and when he arrived was very professional. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he checked our system and provided an inspection report when he was done. One week after the service, the office called to make sure we were satisfied. We will use this company again.

The communication from Santa Fe was very professional. I actually bought the deal right before I left town for a work trip and wasn't able to contact them for a few weeks. During that time they were very good about reaching out to me to remind me of my purchase and when I wanted to schedule my initial appointment. On the day before my appointment, they called to confirm my appointment time. I was given a 1 hour time window, which I find was very reasonable, and I didn't have to tie up my whole day waiting for a service call. The morning of the appointment, the technician called when he was about 5 minutes from my house and it was right around the beginning of my time window. When the technician arrived, he was very professional and efficient. The whole inspection took about 20-30 minutes. After he completed the work, he made sure to go over the inspection results and provide explanation of the results. He also provided me with a copy of the inspection, along with cards/contact information for Santa Fe. The whole time he was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them again.

The appointment was set through Angie's List and they followed-up immediately. I messed up and gave the wrong address for the service but they exceeded my expectations handling my mistake. John was extremely friendly and professional, explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I will definitely be using Sante Fe Air in the future.

Gentlemen came to the door, was very kind and quick to explain what he was going to do. I have an old central air unit and explained that it may need freon. He explained the system and how the freon works and runs though the system and the causes of leaks. Checked system, was very efficient and helpful in explaining what he was doing. Made me feel better about whole system. Did not try to sell me a new system, did not paint a doom and gloom picture which has happened to me in the past, and why I will use Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating in the future.

This was a Big Deal for a 3 ton unit 14.5 seer. I had to upgrade to a 3.5 ton which was an additional $500. The pad and whip were extra. Marco and Brent arrived right on time and got to work immediately. I took about 3.5 hours to complete the job. They are a great team. Marco is the lead and very knowledgeable and experienced. They treated my house with respect. Marco made sure to check everything from getting the proper parts off the truck to every installation procedure. He even installed an additional flexible drain for my humidifier at absolutely no extra cost as a customer courtesy. I was very happy with JJ, the sales agent and Marco and Brent. I appreciate that a quality local company offered a good value and their installation exceeded my expectations.

The job went very well. They did have to come back a week later. As they did not have a long extension ladder with them at the time. The had to seal some vents, which caused no problems in between.

The service man was prompt, courteous, and had a lot of knowledge about what he was doing. I would say we were very educated about our system after he left. He explained everything very thoroughly. And was receptive to our questions. He left us with the feeling of confidence in our plans. Also the guys that put our unit in a couple years ago were very, very professional and really knew what they were doing.....A+

I am on their yearly maintenance plan which means they service my system in the fall and spring. If a repair is needed, they have been professional and explain what needs to be replaced and why.

On May 8, Santa Fe Air serviced my air conditioning unit and made several repairs. Over the Memorial Day holiday, my air conditioning stopped working again so they returned on May 29. It was important to me to receive the same technician and they agreed. He arrived within the promised time and had quickly isolated the problem. It was a new issue and had nothing to do with their earlier service, but because they had recently been to my house, I was not charged for the service call or any of the repairs. I have never been treated as honestly and fairly by an HVAC company as I have been by Santa Fe Air. I use them at my business too. They are better than any company in Angie's List in the KC metro area because I have used others from Angie's too. If you haven't bought their current maintenance agreement special on Angie's you should do so before it expires. It's an incredible deal.
