They were very reasonable for window cleaners and I can see out and it looks really nice. The owner himself comes out and does the job. They took an hour and 30 minutes to do the job.

He had to delay the job due to rain, but communication was good and he was prompt and very professional/pleasant on the day he was here. Got here at 8:30 on the dot and was done by 12:00. Great experience and the windows look great.

Ken arrived on schedule and went to work immediately. Did all my windows inside and out which had never been cleaned before. He was professional and did a beautiful job. My windows sparkle! We live on a golf course, and the view is beautifully clear once again. Job well done!!!!

+ -1 moreHe did a wonderful job and his price was extremely reasonable. He did the work himself and really did a great job. He came out to look at the job and the estimate he gave us just floored us. The start date was delayed by a week and he wasn't able to keep his schedule time but it was well worth the wait. He flew around the house and the windows were amazingly clean. It was a lot of work because the windows were dirty and he had to take the storms off to get to them. I would give him an A+ for his work and he was very fast and efficient. His price was great and he was a very pleasant gentleman to deal with. He did not waiver one penny from his estimate even though he may have done a few extra things and I really think that is important information to pass along.
Description of Work: He came out and did my mother's house. He washed all of the outside windows and the majority of the inside ones as well.

+ -1 moreKen was very apologetic for being so late but that made me a bit anxious because I thought I was going to be late for a noon appointment. He actually finished by 11:20a which gave me just enough time to make that appointment. But I did not inspect the windows until I got back that evening. Overall the windows look great. There were a few places that needed to be wiped down again. I think I would use them again. Lateness, unsure of the price, and the few missed spots gave this company a B.
Description of Work: Windows on the house that is 4 years old and an inside mirror were cleaned. Most of the windows do not open so there was very few windows to take screens off and no storm windows. This is a reverse ranch with some second story big windows which are on the main floor of the house. He had a ladder that worked very well on the steep hill in the cleaning of the windows. Our first appointment time was postponed by Ken, the owner because of storms. Ken and a helper were quite fast despite being an hour late for the appointment time. Over the phone he estimated that the job would be between $300-- $350. I gave him the 15% off coupon from Angie's list for first time customers and the bill was $340 with the coupon. I was in a hurry to leave as I had another appointment away from the house that I had to get to so Idid not check the windows closely. Overall there was a marked difference in the windows after being cleaned. Much better and brighter in the house. When I got home there were a few places that I had to rewash because the there were water streaks.

And after seeing the quality of his work, the price was great. When ken showed up, he was professional, respectful, and very efficient. He worked hard and did a fabulous job, even cleaning my screens. I will use Alternative window cleaning again and recommend him to my friends. My windows are so clean and beautiful.

+ -1 moreBecause of the rainy weather we had a one week delay. Contractor was prompt in coordinating dates during the delay. Contractor appeared on time and was busy all the time he was on the job. We were surprised that the contractor was the only person on the job.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job. I have easy windows that pop in. He didn't have to take storms or screens off. He was a really nice guy and did all the work himself. He returned my phone calls very promptly. I was very pleased and he did a good job. The windows look great and he even did a little extra clean up stuff that he had not quoted me on, including some scraping that needed to be done. I highly recommend him and would use him again. He wiped the windowsills and ledges. He did a really nice job. The price was more than fair. He was a little late, but he called and told me that he was tied up on another job.

+ -1 moreI won?t use them again. He didn?t use ladders on the outside of the house so he would just open the windows and try to clean the windows on the outside. Until you see the sun hit the windows, you can?t see how clean they are. I don?t think they were as clean as they could have been. He was very nice and I didn?t have any problems there. I don?t know if it was his technique that made the difference with the cleanliness but my own feeling is that if someone was outside on a ladder, they could get the windows wet and wiped clean better. He said it saves him time and I?m sure that is the truth but the quality of work did not end up as great. I thought the price was a little high.

Contractor (Ken Johnson) responded immediately to or request for service, provided an estimate (which we approved), called ahead to confirm the appointment, called the day of the appointment, showed up on time, wore surgical "booties" so as not to track dirt into the house, and cleaned all windows (inside and out) to our staisfaction. He was extremely professional, courteous, and answered any questions we had. We will use him again and recommend him highly to anyone needing window cleaning services.

Unlike with other companies we've used, all of the screens and inserts were handled carefully and put back in place completely undamaged. My windows sparkle and still look great, even after the rain. Ken was pleasant, and very professional and we'll use the service again.
Description of Work: We have many windows, some with leaded glass and some three stories high. Every window and screen in the house was cleaned, inside and out. Trim on the insides of the windows was wiped down as well.
