Description of Work: Thurlow Prescott and his crew replaced my roof with a new 50 yr Malarkey shingle. When he came out for the repair (item purchased for $149) he saw a lot of hale damage. Not only did he replace the roof, but he went above and beyond to make sure that our insurance company agreed with the damage and we were able to claim a large chunk of the price on our home owner's policy.

Description of Work: I put 3 dates in for when I wanted they to come, but apparently they didn't see that. They called and wanted to come out when I would not be there. They were persistent and I finally said okay, because of the weather. After they came they did send me some photos that I had asked for, but did not give any explanation for them. I finally called them a week or so later and he had to call back once he got to the office to look at the photos again. He said the chimney flashing need to be fixed, for $225 I think it was. I did not accept. In the add they said they would caulk around the chimney flashing as part of the deal as well as nails etc-don't know if there were any nails. Won't use again.

Description of Work: Inspected a shake roof on a house we had just purchased. We were concerned about the age of the roof and if needed replacement. They inspected the roof and assured us it was in good condition

Description of Work: Had to call repeatedly to get him here. He looked at house announced he wouldn't even climb a ladder and look at roof without 2nd man and safety harness (extra $75). The minor problem I had on lower level He announced would cost $400. He did not even check for leaks or look at garage roof which would tell us about hail damage. I want my money back.

Description of Work: After a bad snow storm I discovered 2 leaks in my roof. Work was performed within 24 hours. No more leaks. Great job.

Description of Work: I feel that I wasted my time, and not happy with the purchase. At first the big deal seems very attractive. But after I purchased, the service provider gave me an estimate much higher than other bids. And I have to wait for serveral processing days to get my money back.

Description of Work: They replaced a good number of shakes on my existing roof. Then they applied a reconditioner and UV protectant onto the remaining roof to extend the cedars lifespan. They also replaced a leaking skylight.
