Did a great job. Was impressed with responsiveness when we had an issue with recirculating hot water system and he came right out and fixed it the next day after the call.

I called and requested an estimate to repair water leak and replace water heater. He was able to come out same day at 1 pm. He issued a quote and we approved the work. He was able to repair the water leak, replace our water heater and faucet all on the same day. All work was completed by 6 pm the same day that I called and requested a quote. He was very clean, friendly, respectful, and professional. He clearly knew his stuff and ensured that he did not leave a mess behind. I was very impressed with his workmanship, quality and service. I highly recommend Masterplumb!

I see why Dale gets such great reviews here on Angieslist... even so, he far exceeded expectations. He was timely, professional, neat, and quick. It is very apparent he is well skilled and experienced; the faucet looks and works great, and the connections in the cabinet underneath are very tidy and professional. He was able to fit the faucet into a tight spot and position the handle forward, as I was hoping, which meant he had to reverse the hot/cold lines. He also fixed a pesky faucet handle in the bathroom that had been driving me crazy (he made it look easy, but I had been cursing at it when I had tried to fix it myself). In addition to all that, he is incredibly kind, courteous, and interesting to talk to. Price was more than reasonable, he is most generous with his time. Highly recommend, and will definitely call again in the future.

He took out the old sump pump and put in a new one. He also noticed that the vent duct from my dryer had a hole and fixed that too. He did that at no extra cost.

He removed small amount of ceiling wallboard and did repair and cleanup. He was willing to do a couple of other small jobs for me. He was prompt and neat with his work and explained everything.

Dale did a great job as always. My whole family has used his services for a long time. He's a terrific plumber and a great person. I would ordinarily never leave my home while someone was doing work on it, but I had no concerns at all when I had to run to the store while Dale was working. On an unrelated but important note to me, when we lost my father Dale took a considerable amount of his own time to talk and listen to me and my mother in our grief and I will never forget his compassion. He's a first rate plumber and you can't go wrong hiring him.

He promptly returned my call and was able to do the work the same day. Fast and efficient. Had helpers come carry the new heater in and the old one out. Dale is professional and courteous and a good communicator. I know I can call him about problems with our old house plumbing and fixture issues and he is willing to go the extra mile to make things work. Love you, Dale!

It went very well. The project was started the week after Thanksgiving. Dale Cook of Masterplumb coordinated the selection of materials and design work for the master bathroom first, proceeding through with the rest of the repair work during the wait times, and finished with the remodel of the kitchen and painting of the rooms. It went very smoothly, and was very professionally done. I feel Dale gave me his honest opinion and strived to ascertain our tastes so as to guarantee that colors and styles would match and look well together. I like how he stressed the use of quality products, and his attention to detail was admirable. Dale was punctual, polite, quick and neat. He told me what he expected to find,how he would do the work and what he had done when he finished. I was very comfortable having him in my home and pleased with his work. I have tried many plumbers over the years and never been impressed; Dale is impressive!

Dale was great! He decided the problem was a lack of caulking around the tub to seal it from water. He showed me how we could take care of that ourselves and gave suggestions of the best caulk to buy. When I asked him whether he needed payment now or would bill us, he surprised me by saying there would be no charge! We were so pleased with his work, and his willingness to give us necessary information and then to be told there was no charge for his services was such a nice surprise! My husband found this company on Angie's List and selected it because of other great reviews. We have saved Dale's card and will definitely call on him the next time we have a plumbing issue!

He was prompt at setting up a time to come and getting the job done. He answered all my questions, let me watch, which some don't like, showed me how the new tub drain worked, and cleaned up when he was done.

From Angie's List I called Dale with Masterplumb, Inc. to fix a leak. Dale was prompt. He diagnosed the problem quickly, discovered it was coming from a toilet I had replaced in July. Replaced Bowl Wax, applied clear tub and title caulking. Told Dale about my basement bath toilet. He replaced ballcock assembly. Punctual, Professional and a fair price.

This is the second time we have used Mr Cook. He provides great service in a timely manner. He has been in the business long enough to know several ways to accomplish things. Has a bag of tricks that make me shake my head when he uses them. The grounding rod was tied to the old water line and he moved it to our existing cold water line. (I wouldn't have thought of that.)The previous visit was to replace the sacrificial element in our hot water heater which had begun leaking. He stopped the leak and made us happy that we didn't have to buy a new water heater although he had a new one in the truck! With regards to residential plumbing, I don't think there is anything he can't accomplish. A very rescoursful person. John and Kathy Dittmer

I moved into a 20 year old home two months ago. Based on Angie's List reviews I called Dale with Masterplumb to replace 3 squatty toilets with Toto Drake II toilets. He got me a plumber's discount at Phoenix Plumbing Supply on the toilets and I took advantage of Wichita's water conservation rebate that was worth $100/toilet. Dale is extremely responsive, especially by text, and he did a very professional job. I will not hesitate to call him in the future when I'm ready to remodel my bathroom. Price listed above included the cost of the sump pump.
