Dale came the very afternoon of my first call for service. He provided me two options to fixing the problem which was nice to understand. He was prompt, courteous, and after service complete he wrote down a part number for me in case my other faucet handle would ever do the same. Very personable.

Dave made last minute scheduling adjustments to meet some additional last minute needs. He charged me for the extra time but not the added hustle. He was right on time, and went right to it. Once finished, he gave me some tips and charged a very fair rate. He did what he said, when he said he would do it. He was in and out so our other contractors could keep their schedule and he did it at a fair cost. That's really all you can ask. I hope I never need a plumber again but if I do, he's my first call.

He did a wonderful job and will be our new plumber. He knows how to work in someone's home and left the work area spotless. We have had other plumbers who dented our walls and left a mess behind for me to clean up.

I am amazed at the amount of work that Dale Cook can perform in such a short amount of time. Yet the work he does is excellent. My usual plumber retired a few years ago and I've been trying to find another one for awhile. I am sure that Masterplumb is the company I will call now when I need plumbing help. Dale cleaned up the areas he worked on and even did a couple of extra things for me. He went out of his way to be kind and to do a great job! He also explained everything to me and what options I had - couldn't ask for more.

All of the work was completed in the time that he had estimated and done in an excellent fashion. I also appreciated that he didn't mind explaining in detail, in a way that I understood, what the plumbing problems were and also explained what he would do to fix them. Dale is very courteous and kind, and he left the work areas clean. I will definitely call him with any other plumbing work that I may need to have done. This was a very positive experience. He goes above and beyond expectations.
