Description of Work: He did nothing. I was visiting my elderly dad and the toilet appreared to have a leak. I fouond out later the dog was drinking out of the toilet. Called this plumber, instead of saying nothing was wrong, he made up some story and charged $125.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special; a comprehensive plumbing check for $49 with Masterplumb. They responded right away to set up a time and date. Dale, the President conducted the service call. He was very professional, answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for the situations I asked him about. He discovered the seal in my 3 yr. old toilet was cracked and replaced it very quickly and without a problem. He cleaned up what little mess there was and checked everything out prior to leaving. I would not hesitate to use Masterplumb again.
