Description of Work: It took a lot longer from purchase of deal to actually commence work and it costs more than I had anticipated. The person who actually did the work was very efficient. He was prompt, did a good job, cleaned up the work area and I was satisfied with the work he did. (I had had a mirror removed and the repair was not well done. Mr. Jameson's person did an excellent job of fixing that, putting a good finish on a room that was not well painted. He repaired one wall section that had been papered and primed and painted it. Description of Work: HE RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CAME TO DO AN ESTIMATE ON SOME EXTENSIVE WINDOW REPAIRS, BUT DID NOT PROVIDE A FOLLOW UP COST ESTIMATE. I THINK HE THOUGHT THAT HIS ESTIMATE WOULD BE TOO HIGH.

Description of Work: Someone came out to put together an estimate as scheduled. However, it was determined that they could not do what we needed done.

Description of Work: The Contractor was somewhat slow in responding to the initial email I sent him requesting a time to schedule first evaluation of deck. When contractor did finally responded to email, his note indicated he would not schedule an onsite evaluation unless I could accept an June or July time-frame to complete work. Although I understand the contractor is probably busy, I believe the coupon offer should set some type of reasonable scheduling expectation so that customers can make an informed purchase decision.

Description of Work: Removed 50 yr old storm door trimmed out the area to allow for a standard storm door to fit perfectly. Drew has worked at my house for over 6 years. For each new job he has come through with the best work, prompt and always careful and concerned that he does the best job for a fair price.for his client as well as himself. He is never but a phone call away. He has installed new windows, insulation, fences, driveway topping and on and on. Needless to say he is on my speed dial. Above every other positive, he is completely trustworthy.

Description of Work: Replaced flappers in two toilets. Looked at leak from bathroom to basement with no conclusion.

Description of Work: Called Drew on 10-05-09 to set up an appointment for an estimate. He said he could meet me that same day. He came over and looked at work I needed, and said he would send estimate. I have not heard anything from him since, and it has been over two weeks.

Description of Work: Basement was musty and Drew installed a humidifier and hosed it to the sump pump so that it is self-sufficient. It was his suggestion to install the machine and it has made a tremendous difference. The basement is dry and has no damp aroma. He also installed a ceiling fan. Looks great! Job was fast and professional. He just completed replacing a window frame that had rotted and been chewed by squirrels. He completed this in a half day. He painted the wood and it looks exactly like the rest of the houses trim. (I have not received a statement for the last two jobs preformed.) Drew is on speed dial!

Description of Work: We had a rotted out kitchen cabinet because of a past flood. Drew ripped out the cabinet and rebuilt it to perfection.

Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate to repair wood rot.

Description of Work: I contacted this organization and was told that they charge $50.00 for an estimate. This $50.00 would be applied to the work, that they would do, should I hire them. I have contacted and worked with other handyman and have never been charged $50.00, for an estimate.

Description of Work: No Work Performed. Needed a couple estimates completed on exterior wood rot. Had two estimates quoted and decided to call Jameson for the third. They were going to charge $50.00 for the estimate, which would then, be deducted from the total cost of repair. EGAD there are other companies out there, that estimate jobs for free. They get my business!

Description of Work: Had to take some paneling off of the side of my house due to woodpecker damage. They went up there, repaired and painted it, and it looks really nice. Replaced a baseboard and did an excellent job there too.

Description of Work: Two water heaters replaced and installed very quickly. I have used this company for many other repairs; remodeling and I would never consider using anyone else. If Mr. Jameson cannot do the work he is very honest and forth right about that, he is the very best worker I have used. I recommend him, most definitely!!
