Drew emailed a couple of days later saying he doesn't give estimates North of the River. If he happened to be in the area he would let me know. Apparently he doesn't need the work. Good to know. He should put that on his description. I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Everything went really well and he finished in exactly 2 hours. I have used Mr. Jameson services before, so I was familiar with his work.

I contacted Jameson in February via Angie's List messenger to do some repair. I scheduled so we could do a walkthrough for an estimate. They failed to show up and then said they would be there at another time and would call me. They called me and gave me a time and then never showed for the appointment. I have not heard anything from them. This request was dated back in February 2017.

Excellent! He always offers different options of ways to get things done. For example, I had already purchased a mailbox and Drew suggested using a different one and his choice looks much better than the one I had!

As far as I remember, it was okay. You know, my husband was there when Jameson Remodeling & Home Repair came. He didn't complain of any issues as I remember. I think the quality was fine, as far as I remember. I think he got back for us pretty quickly. For punctuality, that, I don't know, because I was not there when he came.

Very well! Drew answered our call within a day. Came by, viewed the work to be done and gave us a price. He started work immediately. He takes his time to make sure things are done correctly. He did have to come back to install a faucet, but that was because he needed to buy the proper parts to install individual water shut-offs. We have used him before and will use him again. We are elderly and some things are just best left to a professional . . . like Drew.

It went very well. Very pleased with the work!

I purchased a coupon for 4 hours of work through Angie's List. The provider showed up on time and completed the project without any issues. The interior door had been installed by someone with no carpentry experience and the provider was able to make the door look and function like new again. The coupon was well worth it and I will be contacting him in the future for our handyman needs.

Bought a deal with them for handyman work. They were not able to hit my crazy tight schedule which I completely understood - but their professionalism, high level of communication and prompt refunding of the deal were all impressive. I would hire them for any future handyman work based on my experience with them in a situation that they didn't have to be as professional as they were.

It was great. Drew did excellent work.

All installation went well. One ceiling fan was too small for replacement of original but while I exchanged that one Drew continued to work on the other installations and was able to finish everything within the set timeframe.

The work was performed on May 3rd. Drew required about 3 hours to complete the work. He patched the hole in the soffit and painted the area. He removed the rot from the window stool and patched the stool with epoxy. While working on the window, Drew also painted some new shingles that had been installed following a roof replacement. Since the epoxy needed time to cure, Drew promised to return and complete the window repair. On May 21, I sent a message to Drew to remind him of the unfinished window repair and he replied that he would add me to his list. It is now the end of June and, having heard nothing further from Drew, I completed the window repair myself. I guess this is the risk you take when you pay for services in advance. I had discussed with Drew the possibility of some further work on my deck - a big job that will require several days to complete - but I heard nothing more about that either.

Extremely professional. Exactly the type of person you want to work with.

The contractor showed up promptly. He stood outside and talked to the neighbor for a while before coming in. He seemed disinterested in doing the work and would not give me a time when he would follow up with me. It's been over a week and I have received no response.
