He was on time and immediately started the jobs with the confidence that he knew exactly what to do. And he proved that he did. He cleaned up after every job and remove the items that didn't work. Very neat worker, and I can really appreciate that. I would surely use him again.

This was a big deal purchase. I wish it would have been better than it was. I needed to have a back door replaced because there was some wood rot from water intrusion. I also had a mirror that had come off the wall in a bathroom and powder room that I needed to have that replaced. I had him come and look at it and I specifically to do both of these things in the four hours. He said he could except he said he might need a little extra time to come back a few extra times because of the drywall in the bathroom. I understood that. I actually had him do that and I knew that was going to be a little bit extra charge. I ended up spending another between $800 or $900 on top of that. They did not finish in four hours. He actually had somebody else come out and help him two times. I didn't care as long as they were going to finish it. I had to take work off more than one day and then I had to meet him a number of times for the drywall. The drywall I understand, but the taking two days off I did not understand. I think it did take him part of a third day. So it was not finished in four house hours like he said it was going to be. The materials ended up being a couple of hundred of that $800 but a lot of it was labor hours because they had him and an extra guy. I understand that when you get into project it may take a little longer, but that was way longer than what he said. The issue with the door was pretty obvious so I feel like if it was going to take him longer he should have been able to tell me that at the time. He was a super nice guy. There were a couple of other things I was going to have him do including working on another door. He said he was going to bring that part back because it would be easy to fix, but he never did. Then he said he would order it and would call me back, well, he never called back. It was a couple of months after I bought the big deal before he came out to do the work. There is a gap in the door and cold air is coming in. They were punctual when they arrived. I would have appreciated knowing how long it was going to take him and that there was going to be somebody helping him.

It was okay, but the vendor was not confident about doing a plumbing task like this. I wouldn't use them for another plumbing job.

I couldn't have asked for a better job. Definitely A1.

I've used him several times. I found him through Angie's List. He does everything. He is wonderful. This guy can do anything. He is great and he is fast. He goes boom boom boom and there it is.

He is a hard worker. He was able to repair the doors for me without having to replace all the equipment. He made an appointment and came out the next day to see what I was needing fixed. We scheduled an appointment, he was there that day on time.

Went very well. He was able to do in 30 minutes what would have taken me three hours.

Everything went well. Mr. Jameson does everything as if the house he's working on is his own.

On time, courteous and fast.

Booked it and he didn't want to do it so I got a refund

Drew sent me an email promptly after I purchased one of the 'Big Deal' promotional coupons. He made time for me that day and had the install done by end of the week! Very prompt and professional! I was under a time crunch to get a new faucet installed in a bathroom and Drew saved the day.

Drew responded quickly and came out to review what needed to be done. He agreed to do it and we agreed on a time to start. I thought i was going to get an estimate prior to the start date, but didn't. He was very professional and the work was very good. My only disappointment was the amount of time it took to get it all done. It seemed like he had a lot of jobs going at one time and so many days he would show up and only be here a short time and then be back the next day. I know this work has to be done in stages, but this took too long. I was very happy with his work. Next time i will try to be clarify the timing and pick days that will fit to get in and out more quickly.

He never showed. When he finally returned my call he said he went to the wrong address. He then demanded more money to come to the correct address, on top of what I had already paid for the angies big deal. I refused to pay more and he refused to come. I cancelled through Angies List

He was here for about 2.5 hours. He left to go to the store but did not come back with anything. When I opened the cabinet door 2 days later, the hinge had not been replaced. He didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Everything went really well and did a really good job.

Drew showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently, protected against any damage and cleaned up as he went along. He quickly replaced the garbage disposer and did a great job caulking splitting built-ins and bathroom cabinets - they look like new! Most impressive was that he determned the cause of a drooping French outside door which was sticking and repaired it in minutes; after many others had tried and failed to find the cause! I definately got my money's worth and will use them again.

I purchased the two hours of handyman deal on Angies list. He arrived on time and was very fast getting our windows to open up. In the process of getting our windows open, a piece on our blinds broke. He couldn't find the piece to fix the blinds and he replaced that blind and the one next to it to match with blinds exactly like what I had without me asking him to fix it. He was honest, hard working, and professional with everything. We will definetly use him again with any handyman repairs that we have.

He was great, and I used him a second time after that. They did not charge me more.

I had purchased a coupon for 2 hours of handyman service with Jameson Remodeling. I was contacted within a day of purchase and we arranged an appointment (working entirely through the messaging service on Angie's List). Drew showed up exactly on time and completed all of the work within the two-hour timeframe. The work was excellent and the area was left as clean as when he arrived (always important for me). Drew is also a very personable guy and a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely use him again in the future.

I have been communicating through e-mail to try and get something scheduled. I have not called them directly. I e-mailed them this morning, 8 hours ago, with my home phone number for someone to call me. No one has called. I will not use this Big Deal.

I purchsed a deal from Angie's List for $149 for 2 hours of handyman work. All of my contacts with Jameson were through emails. When contacted I told Jameson what I needed done - an existing over-the-range microwave removed and a new one installed. He set up the date for Friday, February 6th by 9 a.m. When he arrived he called and said he couldn't do the job because it was more complicated than he had thought. I asked him how much more would it cost since he was already at my house - he couldn't give me a definitive answer and I got the impression he just didn't want to be bothered with the job especially for the price. He never quoted me another price and suggested I get a refund from Angie's list.

Michael arrived on time - called to let me know he was on his way. I didn't know if I would need a new faucet or just a cartridge. Once he learned it was just the cartridge, he went out to get one and fixed the faucet very quickly. Also did a flush of the system and a small repair to the water line. Michael was very professional and courteous. The job was done fast and at a very good price - about 1/2 of what I was expecting. I will definitely use them again.

It went great!!! Really great. The look nice and clean and they were clean and neat and the who experience went great. Will use them again if the need arises and I have no problem with giving this duo a A++. Nice hook up Angies List

The work was completed in a timely manner and he would let me know when he was going to come by the house to work. The only part that I wish was different for the process is I wish he would have asked me prior to doing the extra work outside of the original Angie's list deal. It was a surprise to me when I just received an email with a bill attached.
