I noticed water on my basement floor later in the afternoon and thought a drain in my utility closet was stopped up but wasn't really sure. I called Drew and he came right over and discovered that water was spraying out the side of my electric hot water heater onto a wall and my electric furnance. Drew shut the water supply off to the tank and left to pick up a replacement. He returned shortly with a new hot water tank and in short order installed a new hot water tank. He gave me a lot of peace mind, my furance would have been ruined if the water problelm has not corrected immediately. I appreicate the fast serivce.

Our kitchen door to the garage would not close and stay shut. We had previously called a locksmith. They "fixed" the lock, but it only lasted for two weeks. We wanted to install a new door and jam so that we would not have this problem again (we have had this problem for over a year on and off). Drew talked us out of this and suggested that he could work on repositioning the strike plate and working on the lock and door jam itself so that the door would stay closed. He said that that was worth a try because it would save us a lot of money. The work he performed did indeed work and we did not have to buy a new door.

They actually cleaned up after themselves.

When I called Drew I thought our whole deck would have to be replaced since my foot went through a rotted plank. When he came out he was honest and said only 2 planks needed replacing. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after every trip to my home. I will and would highly recommend using Jameson Remodeling.

Drew did a great job! He was very timely and extremely tidy. After installing a new phone jack, he replaced all lines and wires from my computer so I didn't miss a beat. I was very pleased with all his work.

Drew assisted me in finding a color that was compatible with my house and scheduled my gutter installation. The crew arrived as scheduled, they were pleasant, and installed my gutters.

Both men were a pleasure to work with. The job went quickly and they did an excellent job. The bathroom now has a new and clean look. We are confident that all of the work was performed at the highest standards and we would definitely call Drew again for any of our home repair needs.

The new fascias look wonderful and I no longer have any issues with the carpenter bees that inhabited the old fascia. Drew and Rob were prompt, did the installation right and cleaned up the yard thoroughly upon completion.

Excellent. Quickly came to quote the job. Started and completed work in a short time. Work was just as desired.

I called and talked to Drew and he said he would call me back on Monday. That's been about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I've never heard from him.

Drew called me about a week after our initial phone call. He was very polite during our phone conversations but I had already hired someone else by then.

Drew is extremely knowledgeable and a nice guy to boot. The quality of the work done was excellent.

Drew Jameson was early for his appointment and completed the work with minimum mess. His work was thoughtful and competent.

Drew responded to my inquiry and showed up promptly for the estimate. He said he'd email the quote but it never arrived. After a week or so I called him and asked for the bid. This time it came and I immediately approved the work and the price. Here's where it went sour. After a few weeks I emailed asking when the work was to be done. He responded by saying his sub contractors had me in the "QUE" and it shouldn't take too long. More time past and no work had been done so I contacted him again. His response stated if there was a break in the weather it would happen the next day. The weather broke....no gutters. Again I waited a while and called him once again. Turns out he doesn't think he can do the job and suggests another company for me to contact. I've been without gutters for several months. I would have appreciated him just telling me up front he couldn't do the work. I chose him based on his Angie's List Award but that doesn't seem to help!

My overall experience with Drew was extremely positive. He was very professional, very responsive and fair in price. He was also knowledgeable about different materials, and he has alternatives to the wood so that the windows will withstand Kansas City's weather. As he began working on our home, I would always find something else that needed to be repaired and he would always be eager to help. I would definitely call Drew again for any other repair that is needed on our home.

Superb. My house looks entirely different both from the inside as well as from the yard. It looks like a different house than it did. The windows are wonderful to look at and today I am paying the utility company less money and my family is more comfortable! As always the work was done and completed as agreed upon and I believe that the project came in under budget, of all the amazing things. I can not recommend Jameson Remodeling and Home Repair. enthusiastically enough. Call them and you will be happy with the price, the honesty, and the end product.

I highly recommend Drew Jameson. He's very timely, professional, and honest. Drew seeks out the root of the problem and repairs within his skill set. As his schedule permits, I've asked him to perform other work on my house, as I have the utmost confidence in him.

I did not receive a return phone call for ten days and had to call back. Mr. Jameson did not provide an intemized estimate of repairs, so I don't know what he was bidding on, but the estimate was high and the range quite wide. He was unable to perform the work for at least 4 weeks.

I have had this company work at my house for over a year doing many different jobs. Some as small as replacing outside lights and as large as completely rebuilding my kitchen after extensive water and mold damage. I would not think of calling anyone else.

Drew and his co-workers were always punctual, courteous/friendly and extremely professional. The quality of materials used, the experienced knowledge of every aspect of the construction along with a standard of excellence/perfection resulted in a top-notch master shower. It will probably last longer than the house surrounding it! It is also a very beautiful shower: an elegant simplicity to it. We love it.

Although the screens took a while to come in, this was partly because Drew wasn't satisfied with the quality of the first set he ordered, so he did not install those and started again at no additional cost to me. I am pleased with the results & the work was done for the stated estimate. Drew kept in contact with me about the timing of the work & worked around my schedule. I have worked with him over the past year on a wide variety of large and small repairs, always with great results. I am already planning for the next work I would like to have him do. I'd highly recommend him to other members.

I would not hire this company even if they said they would work in Wyndotte County. We are just as good as Johnson County.

I was very pleased with the work done by Drew and his crew. From our initial contact, Drew was always honest, courteous and willing to work with me to get the job I needed done as quickly as possible. He walked around my house with me to discuss what he thought was needed to restore the exterior of my house due to wood rot. He explained what needed to be done and why. He gave me an estimate based on what he expected to find and what the costs might be if the damage was more extensive than we could view initially. He came when he promised and did the job quickly and completely. He and his crew always left a neat work site at the end of the day and all of the debris was taken away at the end of the job. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him highly.

It was the most painless home improvement/repair I've experienced! Drew was very helpful & responsive. After discovering a slow water heater leak the night before, I phoned Drew at 8 the next morning to schedule a replacement. He was just wrapping up on a previous job & had some time available that afternoon! After I explained that I didn't have the water heater purchased, he volunteered to go buy it & bring it to my house for installation! What a relief! Drew & his assistant arrived on time with the new water heater. The installation went smoothly & the water heater works very well. I could not have had a better experience.

With lots of remodeling and home repair on the horizon, I contacted Drew regarding installing a new utility sink in my garage. He provided good suggestions on location due to freezing concerns. When the actual work was in progress, it was discovered that the faucet I bought would not work--due to a bad recommendation from the guys at the big box store. Drew went out and purchased the appropriate faucet so the install could be completed that day. I had to navigate all this over the phone from my office. Drew made sure a potential delay and bad situation never occurred. His diligence and customer focus made for a pleasant experience even amidst the hiccups!
