This company was highly recommended, but I left two messages and didn't receive a return call. After two weeks I went with another company.

They did phenomenal work. Anything that was damaged, they took care of immediately with no bickering. They are excellent.

Gerber employees made this move an extremely smooth experience. They were able to provide an estimate over the phone and then they were very gracious and helpful when we had to change the moving date 3 times! They also provided some used wardrobe boxes at no charge. Tracy, Blake, and Mark did excellent work loading items on the truck. They were professional, friendly, and hard-working. When we struggled to decide how to arrange items at the new location, they were extremely patient and tried some items in more than one spot to see how they would fit. So far, we have not found anything broken or scratched. The men were efficient and trustworthy and we cannot thank them enough for doing such a great job!

I got an appointment in less than 24 hours. The gentlemen showed up within the designated time period. They were all polite and friendly. They moved the piano without incident. The whole process was quick and efficient.

They were very positive and kept me informed about everything. They were very attentive to where I wanted things, professional in every way. They are careful and organized. An all around great experience!

THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! THEY HAVE MOVED SEVERAL PIANOS FOR ME OVER THE YEARS, WITH NARY A SCRATCH. THEY WERE VERY MUCH AT EASE IN DELIVERING AND SETTING UP MY BABY GRAND, AND THEY WERE GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO MOVE IT INTO SEVERAL DIFFERENT POSITIONS SO THAT I COULD SEE HOW IT LOOKED BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I DIDN'T SHOP AROUND ON THE PIANO MOVING, SO I ASSUME THAT THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR. I DID USE THEM FOR TWO HOUSEHOLD MOVES AND FOUND THAT THEY WERE MORE REASONABLY PRICED AND MUCH MORE RESPONSIVE THAN LARGER COMPANIES I HAD USED IN THE PAST. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE GERBER AGAIN (PARTICULARLY IF I COULD GET JUNIOR ON THE TEAM), AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO HAVE A PIANO OR HOUSEHOLD GOODS MOVED.

GERBER PERFORMED A GOOD SERVICE. NEEDED TO GET ANTIQUE PIANO FROM OUR GARAGE TO DAUGHTERS BASEMENT. OUTSTANDING MOVE NO DAMAGE TO HOUSE OR PIANO. IF IT EVER HAS TO COME OUT OF HER BASEMENT I HOPE GERBER MOVING IS STILL AROUND TO MOVE IT, I'M SURE SHE WILL CALL THEM.

THE GENTLEMEN FROM GERBER PIANO SERVICES WERE ON TIME AND THE PIANO WAS MOVED VERY QUICKLY AND SAFELY. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, STRONG AND REASONABLY PRICED.
