The serviceman, Todd, did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgable about plumbing. He came and looked over our situation. Called us back later with an estimate. We were very satisfied with the results.

I was surprised when my doorbell rang at 8:45 am. The plumber from A&H was here. When I called on Friday the woman who answered said they would call me back with a day and time for service. She never did. Todd was freindly, efficient, skilled and freindly. He did an outstanding job quickly and neatly. The price was fair and I will use this company again. I will definately ask for Todd however if he is unavailable I am sure they will send someone with his skills and abilities. A very good experience with this company for a first time use.

A/C installation Mark and his assistant were punctual and mindfull of our time in scheduling the work and in meeting my expectations of cost and quality of HVAC units. He gave me two choices based on my needs. It was a short time between when I decided on the unit to install and when he had the unit available. The quality of the installation was excellant and they explained their actions as they went. Furnace installation Shortly after they completed installation of the A/C unit, the Furnace exibited a previous malfunction. Mark came out and inspected the furnace for me. With the favorable results of the A/C unit in my thoughts I asked Mark to estimate replacement of the furnace. I obtained the same service and support during the installation of the furnace as I saw when the A/C unit was installed. I believe Mark and his team could help most perople needing HVAC assistance.

We called A&H after noticing our central air had stopped functioning. We called after hours, and the technician called us back within a few minutes, and was at our house less than two hours later! After several days of 100+ temps, the capacitor had gone bad. He diagnosed and fixed it within a few minutes. Also, despite the extra fees for being after hours, we still considered it a good value! We would have spent more than that at a hotel for the night! I have used A&H before for various things, and they're always fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We have multiple Units for our home, 1st one had a compressor issue and was in stock and replaced. The next week, Our 2 year old Heat Pump had a minor Issue, under warranty, took care of it. Great Service Company

He did a nice job and was very nice. He was cordial and very helpful. I had no complaints and he gave me some valuable advice. I think the price was in the ball park of what people charge. I didn't feel like I was overcharged or undercharged. He got out here in a few days so that was good.

Technician arrived as scheduled was curtious and explained things to me.

We have a yearly contract. They come out during the spring and fall to do regular maintenance. We have an appointment with them pretty soon. I like the friendliness of the people that come out to our house. They are very informative. They help us with any issues or anything that we may be facing. We had a problem with our boiler one time, and they replaced the thermostat. We haven't had any issues since. They are reliable. We have had a pretty good experience with them.

I was very pleased with the service. Both servicemen were courteous and easy to talk to about what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. They also handled all of the warranty coverage work for us. My only reservation was the price, but it comes with the territory on geothermal units.

We called A&H to our home to describe the service we needed and get a quote. After getting the quote and deciding to go with them, we set up a date and time. A&H arrived on time and quickly got busy digging and laying a 120' of sewer line, disconnecting the original old plumbing. They did everything up to CODE and made sure the city inspector viewed their work before closing up the trench. They were very professional and friendly, and did all their work quickly and cleanly. When they were finished they cleaned up any mess they made during the installation. When we received the bill in the mail, it was exactly the price quoted from the beginning. They did an AWESOME job! We had A&H come in and look at an old cast iron trap located in the basement floor, which sometimes allowed water to flow back into the basement. He jack hammered the concrete around the old trap and removed it. He widened the hole to allow a sump pump to be installed. After installation he also reran the drainage pipes to a more appropriate location. He also cleaned up any mess made during installation. When we received the bill for his work, it was exactly what he quoted us! Thanks A&H

It was a good experience. They were very quick. They were the quickest people we could get out here. I believe it was a leak we had in one of our bathrooms. I would probably use this company again.

The line that the tub, bathroom sink and clothes washer drain all tie in to was clogged. I went in to the crawl space and tried snaking it at the point before the pipe went under ground. I got a few feet in before I hit a block I could not get clear. I just have one of those inexpensive manual snakes you can get at the hardware store. Called A&H, I got their name from Angie's List. It was the weeked so I initially talked to the answering service. They took my information and in a few minutes, a plumber from the company called me back. He was out to the house shortly there after. He was able to clear the clog, though it took some work, trying a few different bits on the power auger. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. Rates were weekend rates, so higher than what you would pay during normal office hours, which is standard. I didn't think they were out of line however, I know people who have paid much higher hourly rates for emergency service. I would recommend them.

Water heater stopped working. Called A&H, they were able to fit me in with what worked best for my schedule. They showed up on time, diagnosed that I needed a new heating element, and replaced it right away. While here, the repairman even let me know that I needed a new anode rod. Rather then having me spend the money on an easy fix, he showed me what to do and where to get the part, saving about $100. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Very punctual, even came out on the weekend (for an extra charge). However, my problem was simple, and given the opportunity I could have done the service that I was charged $80 for the technician to do (hosing out a coil that took 10 minutes). Clearly, the price was way too high. Diagnostics appear to be good, but not for the price. I will go elsewhere in the future. I would have preferred that the technician told me what was wrong and how to deal with it. I have a hose, and it would have been simple.

The first heat wave hit and our AC was not blowing cold. I called several companies and could not get scheduled for at least a week (unless I wanted to pay overtime of $120 per hour). When I called A&H they told me that they were busy but that they would put me on their list and would call me if they could get to me. A few hours later, I received a call that they were on their way. Their serviceman, Bill, was kind and knowledgeable. He assessed the problems, added freon since the unit was low, and discussed our options (as the unit is over 17 years old).

We pay $105 a year for the maintenance contract and it is for 2 cleanings a year. They are very nice people and the man that came out and worked on our unit was able to explain things to me so I could understand what he was talking about. We have an older furnace and would need to replace it sometime soon and he was able to explain to me exactly how much gas it uses and such. He did a really good job of cleaning the unit and was quick.

The work went very well. Because they were shorthanded, a commericial air conditioning technician was sent to check our air conditioning--in other words, we got someone who was even more qualified than we normal would get because they were short handed, rather than having to wait or getting someone less qualified. The technician, David Hodgev, was very knowledgeable and informative. We had had 2 other companies look at our air conditioning unit and they had failed to find and define the problem accurately, but David did. Moreover, he answered all my questions, even those about my plans to remodel the heating and cooling system in the house, fully and personably.

My A/C quit working on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called A & H around 8:30 in the morning, and by 11:00, there was a technician (Don) at my house. He completely checked my system, starting with the easiest/least expensive problems first. As he found problems, he explained them to me, showed me the corresponding parts of the unit, explained what he could do about it, and gave me the exact cost. He checked with me on every step of the repair, making sure I understood what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how much it would cost. After the problems were fixed, he gave the unit a good cleaning and told me what I could do in the future to avoid such problems.

Did a great job, showed up on time, worked quickly, did not try to up sale. Will use again.
