Description of Work: A & H Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. checked and prepared my air conditioning unit for the season. They were professional, explained everything they did, and potential future problems with the unit without trying to pressure me into additional parts or services. The cost was for both the air-conditioning check as well as for the fall furnace check. The price is reasonable and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I plan to continue using this company beyond just the routine check.

Description of Work: Installed a new central air conditioner. After getting three bids, we went with A&H on the basis of price for a well-reviewed unit. The work was done on a brutally cold day, but without hesitation or complaint.

Description of Work: They cleaned and inspected the furnace and provided a guarantee for their work $220.11. We asked them to reattach a vent hose.. They did not have the part but returned in two days to complete the work. About $163.00 to run a new 25' run and cap a line not in use. They did not charge an additional service charge for this call. A plumber came out on a separate occasion to complete a number of tasks: install a faucet, replace 2 tub spouts, replace a sump pump and run a new line for its drainage, unplug a kitchen sink, fix a running toilet, and replace the trip lever for a bath tub. He charged an hourly rate and service call - $330.00.

Description of Work: I had a couple of plumbing chores for them. First, completing the installation of a new faucet in my kitchen sink (a friend had tried but hadn't been able to get it quite where it should have been) and installation of a new shower head in my master bath. Unfortunately, I was having one of my rare (like every 5 to 10 year) cluster migraines at the time and had to excuse myself soon after the young man arrived to go barf. Ugh. He did the jobs quietly and quickly, and I apologized for lying in my bed with a pillow wrapped around my head as he worked, wrote the check and went back to bed. But both tasks were done as needed and he seemed unfazed by my weirdness with the migraine. These guys have always been very professional and helpful, and have always done what needed to be done to get the job done, like replacing a defective fan on my furnace/AC unit twice without charging me for labor the second time because the first one they ordered was defective too (and this was an Amana unit, which are usually good). I highly recommend them.
