It was a smooth running operation. Did not take long and keep the area clean.

Excellent. I discovered our old heater leaking water from the bottom of the tank. After a few phone calls, I settled on Gray Wolf Plumbing. They were able to replace our old water heater with a new, A.O. Smith 50 gallon heater by the middle of the afternoon the same day. We are extremely pleased with the entire process- from the phone conversations all the way through the service technician who installed the new heater. The heater fits perfectly in the old space even with the new plumbing required for the job. Gray Wolf has our enthusiastic recommendation!!

The faucet was replaced and the drain was cleaned out. The plumber instructed me on how to clean the drain myself in case the odor problem returned.

I highly recommend Gray Wolf Plumbing. I received a quick response after submitting a request for service. They were very professional and accommodating of my schedule. They showed up for service when they said they would be there. After digging and looking at my sewer line, that had been overflowing, they discovered some work that had not been done well before I had moved in. They were very thorough in explaining what the issue was. They had pictures so I could see what it was like before and after, because I couldn't be there the whole time. Scheduling and communication decisions were made promptly and in a friendly and professional way. I was shown the roots that were extracted from the lines and was given helpful maintenance tips. They cleaned up my neighbors driveway and repaired and replaced everything without any mess or complications. It's been over 2 weeks since services were provided and I have had no issues. If I ever need more assistance in the future, Gray Wolf will absolutely be the company I choose!

Although this work has not yet been completed, I have full confidence it will be done professionally and efficiently. The plumber arrived prepared with parts specific to the toilet's make and model. Repairs were made and successfully tested.

Gray Wolf did an excellent job at fixing our sump pump drain. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. The job was completed quickly and the bill was more than reasonable. We'll always use Gray Wolf, we're extremely pleased with the quality of work and excellent customer service we get with them, every time they're here.

Amazing service and professionalism

Initially, no problem getting someone to answer the phone and all of my questions. Sheila in the office was great to work with, very friendly and and spent a lot of time with me on the phone, and researching and providing lots of information about faucet fixtures and scheduling the work we needed done just a few days after my request. Josh and the other plumbers arrived timely; were very knowledgable and friendly; got to work right away, worked the entire time they were here and cleaned things up before they left. They did a fine job installing the new fixtures and even fixing some less-than-quality work that a plumber from another company had done previously. The only problems were one of the new faucets I had purchased was defective and one of the new water valves installed leaked. Sheila was able to schedule them to come back and deal with those issues just a couple of days later. What I was most impressed with was that customer satisfaction and quality work were the primary concerns of everyone at Gray Wolf. They all seemed so concerned that the work they did was done well and done to my satisfaction. It was also nice to get $25 Angies List member discount. Highly recommend Gray Wolf Plumbing - a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to hire them again!!

They are great. I needed someone quick and they were able to get to me within an hour. Only provided needed services, no add-ons.

Again, everything is working properly so far and looks good. Also and lastly, I was given the promised $25 discount for finding them on Angie's List. The $60 service fee was also deducted since I purchased an appliance. Respectful, knowledgeable family company. :)

The plumber showed up promptly at the time we had scheduled, and was very polite and efficient. He explained what he was working on and gave me some recommendations for how to maintain my plumbing in the future. I am very satisfied with his work.

The young man was very professional and polite. Listened to my theories of why this thing mysteriously leaked when we took showers and my water pressure booster might be involved. He solved the problem without having to pull the stool and tested it to be sure the problem was solved. He showed me the plastic part that was no longer working properly and checked the cut off value to be sure a new one was not needed. I will make Gray Wolf my plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent communication with the tech that came out (on time). He followed through on what I was told over the phone when setting the appointment to a T. He actually went under the house in the crawl space to inspect the line before going forward with the clean out. We have older pipes that are cast iron and he told me what he found and what to watch for in the future. Also cautioning me not to use corrosive drain cleaners as the older pipes would deteriorate quicker. He even went so far, at my question, as to give me a very quick cost estimate on replacing the pipe. He did say the estimate wasn't formal and a formal one could be done when I was ready. Have never had anyone who has cleaned the drain before go to this level of explanation. After the inspection he went forward with the clean out. It was done quickly and cleanly. They were done in pretty short order and confirmed it was just a normal grease build up that can happen in kitchen drains like ours. The drain has been open and running better than ever since they have completed it. Without a doubt they will have a shot at any plumbing services we need in the future.

The work went well. Very happy with the results and the knowledge to work around the challenges of an old farm house. They were timely and very professional and always stuck to their estimate, even though they ran into unforeseen challenges. I also enjoyed the Angie's List discount and Sheila Wolf, billing, customer service, REAL BOSS, etc, caught it after they inadvertently billed me without the discount and gave me a double discount on the next bill. I had not noticed so she gave me an extra $25 off I didn't even realize I had coming. Excellent customer service and I will use again. Thanks, Chris Carter
