We are proud to provide a wide range of plumbing services both commercial (new construction, remodel and service) and residential (new construction, remodel and service). Description of Work: Sheila was AMAZING! She kept in constant contact with me when the man was going to be late. She also made arrangements to fit me into their schedule to make it convenient for me. | |The plumber was quick and got the job done which I appreciate. I purchased items ahead of time that I wanted. The only problem that I had is I was very specific about wanting to give me son a bath. I purchased a new stopper and ring set. The plumber only installed the stopper and not the set so my son still can't take baths because he is able to take the stopper out because it doesn't it. | |Everything else was quality work and I am happy with. Let me say again Sheila is the best and understands exactly what customer is!

Description of Work: The initial phone call for service was helpful and very professional. Gary came to the home and I would recommend him to any of my friends. He was knowledgeable, professional. He took the time to explain issues. He found an issue with the HOA sprinkler system that had nothing to do with my issue and marked it so the HOA would know which sprinkler to repair. He worked the entire time he was here. I will use Gray Wolf Plumbing whenever I may have a plumbing issue in the future. There was a call back to see if my issues was resolved. It, too, was professional and informational.

Description of Work: Came out and looked at our septic system. We needed septic repair and they don't do that type of work. They didn't charge anything for coming out and gave us names of people we might use. They were awesome to work with and were very helpful and concerned about our problem. Would definitely use them in the future. Great people!! |
