"We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash. All interior doors and hardware were changed as well as upgraded light fixtures, MB windows replaced, new basement carpeting, paint throughout including baseboards & many misc repairs. We were well-informed about the progress and about minor cost adjustments which were all made within budget. All work was completed within the time frame expected and our house sold the first day on the market for more than our asking price. Even our realtor was extremely impressed with the end result and transformation of our home, having been our realtor when we first purchased it. I highly recommend Custom Home Medic."

"Harvey Bro's did a horrible job painting the cabinets and walls. There were missed spots of paint on the wall, a lot of paint on the floors, leather furniture and stainless steel appliances. The wood planks had missing pieces and spilled epoxy on it in the entire kitchen, kitchen nook, part of the hallway and family room. The laundry, office/ prayer room and q/2 bathrooms were not fully painted, paint on the floor walls damaged and missing quarter rounds. The wood was knocked off of my front door ,white paint was on my black exterior door and brown wood kitchen table. I was charged for extra wood planks and they were removed from my property."

"We were fortunate to retain AJC Contracting to fully remodel a full bathroom. Vasilii and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish! Vasilii was responsive to calls/texts and kept us in the loop throughout. Workmanship was excellent, pricing reasonable, and the result was great!"

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"
