Mr. Russell was very professional and prompt. He had us up and running with the new furnace in no time at all. Would recommend him to anyone.

They are honest, on time, reputable and know what they are doing. They have been servicing my air conditioning and heating for 17 years.

It was a great experience. The price was right, they were right on time, very clean and pleasant and they fixed it on the first trip.

While we had been discussing replacing these units for the past two years and had actually gotten a quote a year ago, the need became urgent when the air conditioner began to show signs of freezing up. Jim responded quickly to a service request, made the repair, but advised us that the unit was within weeks of wearing out. We placed the order for the new units on a Thursday morning and by the following Tuesday evening we had a new furnace and aircondition. Work was done effectively, the work area was left clean (actually clearer than it was before the job was started), and the new equipment works wonderfully. We will later this summer be having Jim install a new water softening unit, and he has been and will remain to be our "go to guy" for any and all plumbing needs.

We have used their services for about three years. I like the fact that he responds quickly and is usually available. His pricing is reasonable for good quality service.

We used him several times, based on his reputation. WHEN he returned our calls, he did a great job and was responsive. However, as other members have said, there will be times when we will keep calling for a week straight and NEVER hear a word from him. I have also found his secretary to be very rude and condescending over the phone. She seems to also be disorganized, as we have found multiple problems with billings.

He's very good and extremely honest. We have used him for around 5 and 6 years for various plumbing work. His office staff is also very courteous when you call. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

He replaced our entire heating and air conditioning a few years ago. This time, first he came out right away (on a weekend) and made a temporary repair to stop the spraying water. Then returned on Monday to shut the water off and do the full repair. I plan to have him come again for a project to install a temperature controlling fan in my attic.

They are wonderful, professional, prompt, trustworthy, and very cost effective.

We are currently selling our home, from 2 hours away. We discovered the sump pump was broken. This company was referred to us by our realtor. We told them the sump pump was broken & the pipe leading to it very loose & the connectors corroded. We were very nervous about having somebody doing work for us, without actually being there. My neighbor checked it 3 days after they replaced the sump pump, and discovered the same pipe that was loose, was now completely disconnected, the connectors for the pipes were still the old useless corroded connectors. The sump pump was running continuously, causing the water to be as warm as bath water, and with all the rain, the water level was within an inch of overflowing the pit. It was a Friday, after hours. I paged the plumber & he did go look at it. However, by the time he got there, another neighbor had fixed the problem & replaced the connectors. This company was very responsive, but the plumber was not thorough enough. I was very disappointed.

They were friendly, kind, and nice. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ANOTHER REPAIR AS WELL. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND AFTER HOURS WHEN A UNIT WAS NOT WORKING AND THE HOUSE TEMPERATURE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND THE PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE FOR THE WORK AND TIME.

HE PUT IN A NEW SUMP PUMP AND TEMPORARY BLACK DRAIN HOSE 2 OR 3 MONTHS AGO AND SAID HE WOULD FOLLOW UP IN 6 WEEKS TO FINISH UP THE JOB. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM FOR A WEEK AND HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES.

WE LATER DISCOVERED A LEAK WHERE THE WATER PIPE RUNS INTO THE TOILET. THIS WAS IN NO WAY CONNECTED WITH HIS WORK, HOWEVER HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AS OUR CALL AND DID NOT CHARGE US. HE REPLACED THE PIPES. WE RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY FOR HIS SERVICE.

LAST THURSDAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME. THEY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, FRIDAY THEY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, MONDAY THEY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, TUESDAY THEY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, WHICH IS TODAY. EVEN THEN THE LADY TOLD ME "WELL HONEY, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND - THESE PEOPLE WERE SCHEDULED" I TOLD HER "THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS", AND TOLD THEM NEVER MIND.

EXCELLENT, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ANY DAY, TO ANYONE, AND AT ANY TIME

HE IS COURTEOUS AND NEAT ABOUT HIS WORK AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIGURE A EXTREMELY DIFFICULT PLUMBING PROBLEM AND HE HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIP OUT. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE, AND WE WILL BE USING AGAIN.

IT''S RARE THAT YOU FIND A SERVICE COMPANY TODAY THAT WILL GIVE ADVICE OVER THE PHONE AND NOT CHARGE.
