 + -1 morePlumbers Chris and John came at different times within an hour of my calls. They were very polite and helped me to understand the problem and possible solutions. Because of their help, I got my drain problem fixed at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: I had an old drain that serviced my HVAC that wasn't working properly. J.J. sent someone out within an hour of my call. They made an effort to fix the problem at the least expense to me. After a couple of housecalls at no additional charge they referred me to my HVAC servicer to get a condensation pump drain (something new to me)installed. That fixed my problems at less expense than I imagined.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the professionalism and quickness that they showed during this Sunday afternoon call. It was more expensive than what I was expecting for about an hour of work, but then again I called at 9:30, they arrived by 11:30 and was done by 12:30. He gave me a few helpful hints as well to keep this from happening again.
Description of Work: The main drain that leads out of the house was completely stopped up so that any water usage would result in it backing up.

THE BILL WAS SLIGHTLY MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE, AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE OFF MY ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT UNTIL I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN EXPECTED WITHOUT CALLING (8AM, WHEN I DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE COMING THAT DAY).

THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE WORKERS SET THE HOT WATER HEATER DOWN ON THE CARPET, LEFT A BIG RUST STAIN. JERRY SHOULD CONSIDER USING SOME TYPE OF CARPET COVERING (LIKE A MOVING COMPANY) WHEN WORKING IN A FINISHED BASEMENT.
