Description of Work: I am very pleased with the work this company did to roof my house. Mr. Coffey, the owner, was up front with the estimate, the materials, etc. Even though his estimate was not the lowest, I felt he was very knowledgable as well as honset. His employees were very courteous even though the temperature was 90 plus. They worked from dawn to dark. Also, they were prompt.

+ -1 moreTHEY MAY NOT BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT HE HAS THE BEST VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT LEAK DETECTION. GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS AND IS THERE WHEN HE SAYS HE'LL BE THERE.

+ -1 moreHE DISCOVERED IT WAS A ROTTING WINDOW SILL. IT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO GET HIM TO DO THE JOB AND HIS PRICE SEEMS HIGH. HE DOES NOT DO THE REPAIRS HIMSELF. NOW THAT WE KNOW THE SOURCE, WE WILL FIND SOMEONE TO FIX THE WOOD. WOULD I HIRE AGAIN? MAYBE.
Description of Work: WE HAD WATER LEAKING DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR WHEN IT RAINED AND HE DETERMINED ITS SOURCE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY VERY COOPERATIVE. THEY DID NICE WORK. THEY TOOK CARE OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ME. THEY KEPT ME UPDATED ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE JOB. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN GETTING THE JOB STARTED, BUT THEY DID IT IN THE TIME FRAME NECESSARY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD CALL THEM IF I NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE DONE.
Description of Work: THEY DID CORRECTIVE WORK IN THE ATTIC, DID SOME ELECTRICAL WORK, THEY REPAIRED SOME ROOF FLASHING. HE ALSO DID SOME MOLD SPRAYING-HE IS AN EXPERT IN THAT FIELD.
