The provider examined the leak. Went outside and examined the roof. Later sent an email regarding their findings. Since no work was needed, they graciously refunded the deal I had purchased.

After the severe weather we had this summer, I wanted to have the roof checked in advance of the impending winter. I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal offered by Arrow Construction. Keith with Arrow Construction came out and inspected my roof. I was pleased to find out my roof is okay and is not in need of any repairs. I was also pleased that Arrow Construction gave me an honest assessment. You hear so many stories about customers who were taken advantage of by unscrupulous individuals who recommend repairs that are not needed. It is refreshing to have contact with a company who does not recommend repairs that are not needed.

As above; fixed gutter loosened by gutter cleaning big deal. Will call when roof needs replacing or other work.

Keith was called to give an estimate for the replacement of my roof. Keith was very nice and professional. Keith walked the entire roof and inspected it carefully. While he was inspecting the roof he did find a few places that needed sealed and did that free of charge. After inspection of the roof Keith advised me that our roof did not need replacement and that everything looked fine. As this was going to be an out of pocket adventure for us, I was thrilled to have someone, who makes their living putting roofs, on to tell me that he his services were not needed. I was very happy to have a contractor that was HONEST!!

Service was provided while I was gone but everything I needed was taken care of. They were quick to get back with me. Had to delay the project a couple days due to weather but they stayed in contact.

Keith was very professional, efficient and had a wealth of knowledge. He answered all the questions I asked and gave me ideas about how to take care of my roof in the future.

The service was fine. They were scheduled for Tuesday but due to the rain they postponed the service till Wednesday. They explained we had a leak and it needed a longer nail because it was on a bridge and they fixed it. They gave us a review of the roof and made sure everything was right.

I emailed a request for service, Keith called me within 15 minutes, was at my house within the hour, took care of the roof, replacing my shingles, and securing a few more. He was very nice, explaining what he was doing and what I should do in the future.

Keith was attentive and professional. He always answered his phone or called me back within minuets. He was very punctual and always followed through with everything he promised. He explained the entire process to me and everything happened as he said it would. His crew was great. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after applying the new roof. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Arrow Construction and Keith. I will continue to use Arrow Construction for any future home projects. I have and will continue to recommend him to my family, friends and neighbors.

Bought their big deal. Keith came out quickly to give an estimate. Our roof was larger than covered in the big deal but he gave us the same discount for rest of the roof. He provided references so we could check their work. Once we signed the contract, they began work within a few days. His crew was professional and finished our roof in one day. They cleaned up completely, we couldn't tell they had ever been there when they were done. Overall we were very happy and definitely would recommend them to our friends.

I think the deal is somewhat misleading, I purchased a Big deal thinking I would be able to use some of my own supplies after I found out I wouldn't be able to. I didn't ended up using the service.

We had hail damage from last year. Arrow Construction came out and met our insurance company at the house. We didn't have to really do anything, but pick colors and sign a couple of checks. They handled everything and it went really smooth. They showed up when the said they would, did what they said they would do, and did a nice job. From the sales call to the clean up, we were 100% satisfied.

A few months ago we contacted Arrow about finishing our basement. The owner came out and sat down asking us what we wanted. Once we agreed on a rough idea he had the plans drawn up for approval, which included all of the local permits. He gave us a schedule and a time frame, which they finished a week early. The workers showed up at 8am and would always ask how late they could work. They contained the mess to the work area and cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We didn't know much about workout or home theater equipment. The owner provided us with different options and ideas. At the end of the process we really felt like every employee really cared about our happiness and it showed by the way everything turned out. It was the second time we have used Arrow and both times we were very pleased with the final product, and would definitely use them a 3rd time.

They checked everything out, fixed a repair, and gave me advice on if that didn't work. They were able to come out right away when I called. One technician came for the work and completed it in about half of an hour. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. I was very happy with them. I would be glad to call them back.

Excellent work!! Showed up early, estimate was fair. Quality was great. Very professional. I will hire Arrow Construction again.

It went very well. 4 other roofing companies had either said I needed a new roof due to hail damage or expensive repairs. He indicated I didn't need either but I did need a paint job (which I already knew, LOL).

Very punctual. Inspected our entire roof, found the specific leak that caused the problem. They repaired the leak, fixed other potential problems. They also provided pictures and a report on the overall condition of the roof. Their recommendation was no further repairs needed at this time. I am convinced that if I had picked a company at random the results would probably be that I needed major repairs no matter what the condition of the roof. I am extremely satisfied with Arrow. When our roof does need work, which all roofs do eventually, I will call Arrow.

They were great throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, they showed up on time and performed as promised.

I've used Arrow Construction several times. I live out of town and own several rental properties in Indy. I first hired Arrow in 2009 when I was living just north of Indy in Fishers. I had hail damage on the exterior of my home. They did a great job. In march I had a property with a bad kitchen fire. The house had to be gutted and rebuilt for the most part. They did an excellent job. The salesman was a former adjuster and seemed to do a very good job at dealing with the insurance company. He found many issues the insurance company missed. The owner sat down with me before the job started and explained the complexity of the job. There was a 200+ page report filled with 100's of photos they prepared to compare with the insurance company's estimate. It was a little overwhelming at first, but after a couple of weeks the process started to make sense to me. I appreciated the owner giving me his mobile number. He probably wished he hadn't after the first month. He always answered the phone, was patient with me, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Overall I was happy with the entire process and would use them again.

We had extensive hail damage last fall. A friend referred Arrow Construction to us the day after the storm. Within 24 hours they were at the house helping us set up an insurance claim. They met with the adjuster with an estimate in hand and within 2 weeks the entire job was complete. All I had to do was sign a few checks and they dealt with the insurance company. I was impressed with how the entire process was handled. We referred them to our neighbors and they repaired most of our neighborhood and everyone I've spoke to seemed to be as impressed as we were. In the spring the owner made a follow up call to make sure we were still happy with work. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism and craftsmanship and would use them again.

Keith was very helpful during the entire process. I had hail damage. He met my insurance adjuster to discuss the claim. I didn't even have to be there...this was nice as it was during the day, so I didn't have to take off work. I later found that Keith had argued to get my gutters replaced and paint done, as they were damaged. Made me realize he was there for me and had my best interest in mind. He also didn't make me feel stupid....I knew nothing about this process, so I asked A LOT of questions...and got them all answered in a way that I understood. After all was approved with my insurance company...Keith filed all paperwork for me and got the ball rolling. The roofers finished my roof in what seemed, to me, to be record time...a little over a day. They didn't leave a mess, and Keith came by to make sure of this. I also received upgraded shingles...bonus!!!! The painters were done in less than a day too! All work was done w/in about a week. I was never inconvenienced and was given advanced notice when worker would arrive. Keith double checked everyone's work during and when finished. He was very nice to work with and I have had no issues. He also has made a follow up calls since the work was done to make sure everything was still looking good. I appreciate that I used someone that was there for me and made my house look nicer!!!! Would highly recommend Keith and Arrow Construction!!!
