Description of Work: Roof replacement - they did the work within my budget and were able to do a couple of additional minor repairs as well!

Description of Work: The gentleman came out to look at our basement and was supposed to come up with a drawing. He contacted us one time , but my husband could not take the call. We have tried multiple times to contact him and we have not been able to get a response. |

Description of Work: Arrow came out to inspect and minor repair our roof. We've only lived here about 14 months and no idea on age of the roof. Arrow hopped up there, nailed down some shingles and re-sealed around our skylights along with a few other minor repairs. They also gave us an overview of our roof condition afterwards and weren't at all high pressure sales. They gave us a good idea on life left in our roof and followed up with a written report. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Performed roof inspection, took before and after photos, caulked suspected areas of leaks, talked with me about findings, provided a report including recommendations and estimates if further work is required. Very well done - we would use them again if roof leaks persist.

Description of Work: They promised to come as soon as they could find time; then weeks passed; they never came, but refunded our money. Problem not solved.

Description of Work: they inspected my roof and provided a full, thorough report of the roof's condition and evaluated the specific area of concern around our chimney. They provided the estimate to repair the roof around the chimney as well as the drywall on the interior ceiling where the leak had occurred. They were prompt and thorough and performed the work they said they would. The repair is not leaking at this point as far as I can tell.

Description of Work: Looking for 8 new windows. The salesman measured 3 windows, didn't describe what windows were available, left no printed materials, and departed after about 5 minutes promising an emailed estimate the next day. He explained that he had all the information he needed to order the windows, which was important because it would save him a trip. I think he was right - a job you have no apparent interest in doing requires no information. Needless to say, no estimate was forthcoming.

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to repair a couple of small holes in my siding. Keith came out to look at what needed to be done and emailed me to let me know that if he did the work while it was very cold, it was possible that the siding would be brittle and break. Instead, he came out and patched the holes and will come back when the weather is warmer to make the actual repairs. He did not charge me to do the patching but included it in the minimum service charge. That minimum charge was reasonable when compared to other quotes I receved.
