Last year we were approached by one of their salesman in my driveway as I was coming home from work. My wife and I spoke to him about our windows which we had been talking about replacing anyway. This opened the door for him to arrange a follow-up appointment with another salesman a few days later. About a month later we were having new windows installed. The new windows have made a big difference over our old windows in regard to our heating and cooling, not to mention the savings to be seen from sun damage to blinds and furniture down the road. The serviceman who does only the warranty work in this area for Alside spoke highly of the quality of the windows. He said he has worked for other companies and some out there are not as good as the Alside brand.

I like them. The only reason I wouldn't rate them high is because when they came the first time around and took the measurement, the lady who took the measurement messed up. So they couldn't get all the windows replaced at the same time and they had to re-order. So they had to come back in February to complete the work. They did not give us a discount even though they messed up. Somebody had to be home twice instead of once as they came out two times. They did very good work. Amanda was the name of the lady who came and she really worked with us and she knew what my budget was. They left a mess outside that we found later and I did tell them about it. But, they said that they did not do it. I think they were a little over priced. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did.

overall, this was a very good experience. A sales rep knocked on our door and asked to discuss the possibility of new windows and we set up an appointment once we found out that the company had good ratings on Angie's list. The person who came to our house was very knowledgeable about the product and did a good job tailoring his spiel to our concerns and issues-- skipping over parts of the presentation that were less relevant to us and focusing on aspects that were of greater interest. After this meeting we decided to order windows and have them install them. My husband had some difficulty getting in touch with the installer to set up an appointment to measure the windows and some minnor concerns after talking with him as he seemed a bit "unfocused." He was about 1/2 hour late for the appointment but called to let us know he would be late and once he arrived measured everything quickly. he windows were ready sooner than their estimate of 6 weeks. Because of all the rain this past spring they were behind schedule and called on the Friday before the Monday of installation to ask us to move our scheduled install time. We would have appreciated more notice as we both work and it is difficult to rearrange work schedules to make sure you are home for the instllation. We also would have appreciated knowing when they would show up--- on the first day they arrived around 9:00 and on the second day they arrived around 10:00 after indicating they would be at our house around 9:00. These are relatively minor issues in what was an overall good experience. The installation of the windows took 2 days and went smoothly and the windows look great. We are really, really happy with the sliding glass door. A huge improvement over what we had before.

The windows are great. They weren't cheaper than any other place. The installers who I had the contract with were absolutely excellent. The thing that I don't like about Apex and which I find very unethical job is the selling point. They tell you that you are a special customer and they would give at a cheap rate but they give a common package. The actual windows that they sell are really good. There definitely in the power point for the price. The guys I had the contract with, are excellent workers. They were competitive.

They researched the best quality window for the price. The sales staff is easy to get along with and the installation people did a great job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We had Apex Energy Solutions Company replace our windows in the past so we contacted them to do our sidings. However, the siding work was sub contracted to another company. Apex Energy Solutions Company gave us a huge discount on the sidings. We have a storey and a half house so all the wood pieces had to be replaced with their sidings. We had a low maintenance siding and instead of regular vinyl siding they installed composite wood sidings. It is maintenance free, has a real good guarantee and also it is an energy saving type of siding. Those three things I think would be very interesting to individuals who want have maintenance free product and get a wood look at the same time. The siding we got installed looks like wood, it doesn’t have to be painted and it is very durable. We were going to replace our sidings with cedar but we realized that cedar would have been so much more expensive and then it also involved a lot of maintenance. So, we were looking for an alternative and they offered us a great alternative. Apex Energy Solutions Company is a small company and so we had access to talk to their key people like the owner himself, whenever we wanted to discuss or decide something. They are trying to grow as a company so I think that they are willing to work with their customers on price. They are willing to show products and show price comparisons when they do their presentation. They are willing to back up their price, if one finds something lower they will meet it or beat it. As far as their work goes, they do things over and over until it is done right. They do whatever it takes to make their customers satisfied. They also offer a years warranty on their workmanship. They give one enough time to see if there are things that need to be redone. People from Apex Energy Solutions Company were punctual but their sub contracted workers were not. We had some issues with the company they had sub contracted the siding work to. However, I would highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions Company. I would use them again in the future.

Overall all went very well. Easy to work with right from the initial conversation with the Apex window salesmen. The windows were made about 2-3 weeks earlier than our estimated date. They were flexible with their start time and were helpful in us deciding what type of wrapping to go around the windows. You can tell they have done this before. Finished front side of the house in a day. Now several of our neighbors have jokingly told us they were jealous of our new windows!

Measurement for the windows was quick and efficient. Adding one additional window to the original order was easy. On the scheduled day for installation, we were contacted at 9:00 that they'd be late, arriving midday (scheduled to arrive around 8:00 am on a Friday). Around 2 or 3 pm we received another call that they'd not be able to install the windows until the next week. This was unacceptable since I had taken time off work to be home for the installation and would be out of town for the next several weeks. They agreed to perform the installation on a Sunday to make up for their originally missed schedule. The actual installation went smoothly. One window screen was slightly bent, allowing small gnats to come through--they sent a replacement to us within 3 days. One window required a slight adjustment to allow the locking mechanism to move smoothly. Since then all of the replaced windows have been fine. Since we only replaced one-third of our windows, it is difficult to determine if they are as energy efficient as advertised--though the interior glass is not freezing-cold to the touch anymore in the dead of winter.

Windows look terrific and dramatically improved the appearance of our house and curb appeal. We plan to have them replace all the other windows in our home as budget permits. Installation went very smoothly. Very pleased with company and results.

They were very promt. We had some issues with around the windows but they came back and fixed them in a timely manor.

They were extremely knowledgeable and told me everything about the product. It was everything that I was looking for. They were very nice. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family members. I have hired them to do the work and they are currently doing the job.

Apex through their contracted provider Alside installed the windows as promised. The windows look great, the crew was very nice and did a good job. The job was pushed back a couple of weeks due to a delay in getting the windows from the mfg and scheduling;however, it was worth the wait. I would strongly recommend Apex Energy Solutions. The salesman Jon Strand was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions.

I was a little skeptical of them at first since they knocked on my door, but they seemed to have a good reputation. Window installation team was great. Very professional and got the job done in one day.

There were a few bumps on the road. They made things right and also followed the standard orders. They came back numerous times to make sure that everything was correct. I would recommend them to other members. Their price was fair and reasonable. My house was one of their showcase houses and I agreed with them to put their sign on my yard. I think by doing that they got some business. They were very good. They were not aggressive with their marketing. They don't do a lot of marketing and go door to door instead to get certain houses which would bring in more business. They were very 'matter-of-fact' and clear. I was not supposed to give away the price as it was part of our deal as my house was one of their show case houses. This was not illegal but it would breach our contract if I gave away the price that they charged me. There was an ordering problem with a window coming off three times and they fixed it. They were very embarrassed about this. Hence, they worked with me all summer and made sure everything was the way it should be. They were professional and great. Their sales man was very good. I would use them in future as they did good work.

We were very pleased with the sales staff, the willingness to work with us, but mostly the quality of the product. Our utility bills have been reduced significantly since the window installation and they function and look fantastic!

Excellent service experience. Everything was wonderful. Very professional, very clean and no mess was left. In and out in a day and a half for 20 new windows and I would highly recommend them.

The salesman was knowledgeable but not pushy. The installer was very clean and professional and did a beautiful job. The windows are great and have saved me hundreds of dollars in utility bills (I noticed a drop of 15% right away). I do have a problem with 4 of the windows: when I open the window something 'catches' and opens the screen too. If I don't notice it I can end up with bugs in the house.

They took one day to install the windows for my two story house. I had no trouble with the windows afterwards. The only problem I had with the windows was that they didn?t clean up after the work was done. There was some residue from some of the caulk. I had to clean that myself and that was the only complaint I had. Other than that, they did a wonderful job and the windows were great. The price was fair for that time period and the quality was very good. Their responsiveness was very good too and they were very punctual as well as professional. I would use their services in the future too.

They answered all my questions and gave me the price right then and there. They suggested I go to their office to look at all the windows that had been installed in their office building. They were very professional.

They did a good job and we were very satisfied. They are triple paned and they have saved us a lot of heat over the winters. We had one window that developed a leak after four or five years. We called them and they referred us to somebody else for the repair because they don?t do that type of work. The price was comparable. They are not cheap, but not overpriced. The quality of the windows is fine.
