Excellent product, installation and matching with existing woodwork outstanding. |Only issue was an order mixup on one window and some interior trim, but they did a special order and had everything done with only a week delay. |Couldn't 't have asked for a better installer. Randy was great and knew his business.

Description of Work: I check many different window companies and found that Apex was the best. I called some of their customers that they had done business with in the past and talked to them about their windows. Everyone stated that they were very satisfied with their windows. I then decided to give Apex a try and I am glad that I did. Excellent quality and professionaly installed. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: Received a quote for windows and siding. We did not use APEX. Jon Strand from APEX provided a detailed and informative presentation on the quality, value and features of his company's products. He was very knowledgeable and was genuinely excited about his products and the energy savings they would provide. We ultimately decided to use another company's product, which were not as energy efficient but less out-of pocket costs since we don't plan on being in our house for more than a few years, thus not able to take full advantage of the cost saving benefits on energy. With a longer time horizon, APEX deserves some consideration due its products' efficiencies. I would highly recommend Jon Strand as an individual who will explain all the ins and outs on windows and siding installations as well as someone you can trust to give you a fair recommendation.
