Jasen and crew met and exceeded our expectations. The carpentry was a bit more chalanging then expected but was handled expertly and at no additional charge which we found very generous.

They power washed the areas to be painted, appled primer where needed, caulked around windows and trim on the first day. The second and half of third day they painted. Did a very good job. Cleaned up after themselves.

We purchased Advanced Restoration's $1600 Big Deal. Everything went fine and Jason (the owner) and Scott did a great job. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the job. Jason was very patient in that when he had painted about half of the grey trim we had picked out, we decided it was too light and changed to a darker grey. We also added the three doors late in the job, which, along with the color change (extra time and having to purchase more paint), accounts for the additional $300. We would definitely hire them again.

They did a fabulous job. We are very pleased! The next time we will need painters, we know whom to call.

We found Jason and his team to be timely, professional and altogether fabulous! Their work looks so good that several of our neighbors have already asked for Jason's contact information. We would highly recommend him to any Angie's List subscribers. The next time we need painters, either exterior or interior, we will call him.

Marty was wonderful! Provided me with a method of checking potential leak at no charge. In the end, we were unable to find a leak. I would most definitely use this company in the future.

I bought one of Angie's List's big deals to get my entire house painted by Advanced Restoration. They got me on their schedule as soon as they could and painted the entire exterior of my house. They did all the prep work such as scraping paint, washing and priming various spots. They did a wonderful job and the house looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

It was around 700 sq ft and it was a full install without a bathroom. Ran can lights and electrical.

Work was well done, fit the budget. Jason was more than willing to work with us on whatever we needed. For example, when we could get free installation of Carpet with purchase, Jason did not give us trouble and worked with our installers to ensure everything was done without issue. Jason allowed changes to occur from the original plan as necessary, and worked will with unforseen circumstances such as an employee leaving right as he began the project. There were some delays due to this and other problems from suppliers, but overall the basement was mostly finished at the projected timeframe. There were some issues with some of his subcontractors. His electrician was unresponsive, his dry-wall finishers let a cold-air return remain uncovered causing our entire home to be covered in drywall dust, and his plumber used clear-caulk in our stand-up shower which showed up as green. His employee Adam did excellent tile work, and we even hired them to paint two small rooms, which they completed during the same timeframe at a reasonable cost. While they did other work, we never felt our work wasn't a priority. I would definitely use Jason and Advanced Restoration/Advanced Basements again.

Very quick to get back with me upon initial contact. Was able to get estimate quickly. Very responsive to any questions I had and was able to work it in before the bad weather started. deck looks MUCH better now.

Stripped wallpaper from living rooms, bathroom, and entryway. Prepared and sanded walls for painting. Applied one coat of primer and two coats of paint to kitchen walls, dinning room walls, living room walls, bathroom walls, and entryway walls. Painted ceiling in bathroom and kitchen. Made minor repairs to walls and ceilings. Cleaned up area at the end of each day's work. Did many small extra wall repairs caused by electrical contractors. All in all this is a professional company that does exceptional work in a timely and organized manner. I will use them again and I recommend their services.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very good. I was not home, but I do know that they were a little late. But that was not a really big deal.

With the exception of having to push back 1 day from when it was originally scheduled everything went great. It was no problem to reschedule and I was informed of the issue that arose. I was very happy with the service.

They were great! They did a very good job, and it was delivered as promised. They came later than the day that they were scheduled, but that wasn't a big problem because we didn't need to be there for the service. However, they were 3 hours late.

I'm very happy that I chose to work with Advanced Restoration. When I called, Jason answered his phone and came out the same day to give me an estimate. He worked within our timeline and had our deck power-washed and stained by our deadline. That's especially impressive given the rainy weather we've had this summer. He showed up when he said he would, and he responded to my messages the same day. I would have liked to hear from him rather than needing to call or email to find out when they were planning to come, but that's how it always goes with contractors -- I have just learned to keep in touch if I want to know what's going on and ensure that things get done. I'm very pleased with the results -- the ugly, neglected, greenish-gray (and slippery!) deck that my husband wanted to rip out when we bought the house now looks almost new! And at my request, Jason did the power-washing with only water (no chemicals), which was important to me. The price we paid was fair too, judging by the other quotes I got. I will definitely call Advanced Restoration again if we need power-washing or painting in the future.

I decided to paint the interior of my home myself last year and completed about 1/4 of the job over 12 months. I lost interest and decided to hire some help. I met with Jason of Advanced Restoration for an estimate and he agreed to complete the job with all of the paint I had previously purchased. Painters arrived when scheduled and worked 3 ten to twelve hour days in a row to get a large interior painting job completed. The crew took care to keep things tidy, moved all furniture away from walls, and covered floors and furniture appropriately. Jason was responsive to phone calls prior to, and during, the job. I am really pleased with the diligence, responsiveness, and quality of work performed. My walls look fabulous compared to the rooms I had done earlier in the year myself. These guys are my painters from now on! Contractors who treat you decently, arrive when they say they will, and strive to do a good job - all that and more for a reasonable price. Can I give an A+ on Angie's List? Hire Advanced Restoration and you will be as pleased like I was. Good Job guys!

Very pleased with the quality of the work. Jason was very accommodating and punctual to get out to give a quote but then I had to email him two weeks later to ask what date he might start. Once date was set he showed up to do the powerwashing and said he would be back in a couple of days to do the sealing. A week later I texted him to find out when he was coming back. He told me Tuesday. I got home from work Tuesday and no one had been there. Emailed Jason to find out why(had not heard from him) and he told be it would be the next day. I had to keep moving a couple of larger plants in and out. And my grill.

He has been great. I think we will be using him. He has been the most responsive contractor that I would like to remember working with. So far he has been fabulous with answering back my e-mails during the day.

The quote was very good. He’s as timely as possible with the weather and the job isn't finished yet. The quoting process was good. He's done a lot of things online as far as communication, which was good for us. We are just waiting for the project to be done. The quote was very reasonable and he gave us two options whether to completely stain the deck or to stain only the flat surfaces.

It went very well. I plan on using him again in the future.

Jason from Advanced Restoration LLC was extremely helpful through my move-in process. He was very personable and adjusted to my work schedule. He was trustworthy enough that I could meet with him that morning, lend him a key, then come back after work to newly painted rooms. Not only did he paint, he fixed minor to moderate drywall damage in my garage. I did have a small fee for the extra labor and supplies, but the quality and professionalism was well worth it!
