Initially it went very well as Jason was very helpful. The paint job was estimated to have a lifespan of 10-15yrs/as my previous experience I did not question it) However 1 year later the paint began to peel in the back of the house (I didn't follow up at that time as I was becoming a full time caretaker for my mother). Mom died at the end of May and as I was preparing to list the home I was advised that the wrong type of paint had been used on the project and there couldn't be peeling paint for a FHA loan. I have left numerous messages for Advanced Restoration/Jason, and still am awaiting a response to make the project presentable. Extremely disappointed that I have not heard anything as I don't like writing bad reviews..... The question would you hire again would be yes if there were an attempt to rectify the current disaster, however right now the trust is rather shaken.

Advanced Restoration did a tremendous job of transforming the curb appeal of our home. We needed not just a new coat of paint on our exterior, but we needed rotting wood replaced as well. He met with us beforehand and discussed colors, reviewed the exterior of the house and pointed out spots where new wood was needed. He made measurements and came back the next week with a quote based on time and materials. He estimated when he could start and complete the work, and kept in touch as the date approached. He checked in with us during the process to make sure we were satisfied, and followed up with us after to make sure we were happy with the work. Boy, were we happy! The house looks great, and neighbors stop to compliment us on it. We feel great about the condition of our exterior and know Advanced Restorations have helped us preserve and improve the value of our home. And he charged us (a little less than) what he quoted us. Easy to work with, hard-working, flexible, professional. We will continue to use him for any interior and exterior painting. Call him now!

The basement looks beautiful and we are fully utilizing the space. Jason and his crew were easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the 7 week process. We made small changes along the way, like adding a ceiling fan, insulating between floors, and tiling a shower. The add-ons were very fair-priced and the final cost of the project was very close to the initial estimate. The drywall, electrical and plumbing were subcontracted. The contractors were cordial, efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the shift. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves and Jason worked with us on our requests (i.e., installing the vinyl plank flooring, purchasing the cabinets and granite from our neighbor's company Cabinet and Stone Expo, and contracting with Lowe's for carpeting the stairs). We appreciated that Jason would promptly return our calls or texts and made suggestions where and when needed; his knowledge and skills are outstanding. We highly recommend his services.

They were on time and very professional. Extremely happy with their work.

We agreed that deck would be power washed as per big deal, and then sealed. The amount to be sealed would have meant going over the cost of the "big deal", which I agreed to. Sealing was never done and my deck has turned green in places. He did try to schedule sealing on a day that it was supposed to rain, and then emailed back that he had "tried" when it rained and he couldn't come seal. Yes, he tried, and yes it rained a lot this summer. So that's why he never phoned or emailed me back after he "tried" and failed to come? My deck is now green and even more decayed when it could have been protected. Great "big deal" ! Unacceptable non-service done with zero integrity.

The paint job looks great. Very efficient and neat

Company did not respond to phone or voice messages requesting to set up appointment. They did not do the work contracted for. VERY disappointed.

I have made three attempts to contact them over three weeks to discuss the scope of the work, and I have received zero response to date.

I am disappointed that they didnt contact me to schedule the service.

Due to the weather, they were delayed a few weeks but that was perfectly understandable. Other than the delay which I did totally understand and it was not their fault, the job was done in an outstanding manner. The completed the job in three days. On the first day, they prepped the woodwork by scraping and priming areas as needed. On the second day, they painted using some brushing but mainly spraying. On the third day they completed the house as discussed above. Jason, the manager, stayed in touch with me as the Spring rains continued to bombard Central Indiana for weeks on end. How could one be anything but patient. It wasn't his fault. The two painters were very persistent and they completed the work quickly without lost time. The work was done the week of May 22nd. I kept asking Jason if I owed him any more money and he said "no." Their price was over a $1000 less than the last two times I have had the house painted. I was very impressed.

Great. The deck was power-washed, and then it rained for three more weeks. Once there was a lull in the rain, Jason and two crew members got right to work and got the entire thing stained in one day. Looks great and they did a good job of protecting plants around the deck.

It worked out excellent. They rebuilt major portions of a second floor exterior deck and they are still working on this project. I have used them in the past as well.

Awesome! Jason and Scott were fantastic. They were courteous, polite, professional and great painters. It took two days and they were punctual both days. They cleaned up after themselves and we were super please with the results. These guys and this company is top notch.

No services were provided. No further contact was made. We do not know if they are even still in business.

Everything went very well. I had purchased an Angies list deal. Jason called a week before and set up the date and time and told me how much paint I needed. He and another painter showed up on the designated day right on time. They made some repairs to the trim (we have woodpeckers in the area) and painted and caulked where needed. They finished in a timely manner and it looks great. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Project went fine. I did this as an Angie's List special. It took a couple extra weeks to get the job done due to rain but once we got things scheduled Jason was out and spent the day patching and painting my house. I am very happy with the job and look forward to doing business with Advanced Restoration again.

Jason and his team did a great job painting my mother's home. The weather was a bit of a challenge, however they were wonderful with their communication and follow-up.

I requested a quote from Jason. He came out at a time that fit my schedule. He not only walked the area with me and explained minor hurdles but also provided some good layout ideas which we incorporated into the design. I hired Jason and his team not only because they were a little cheaper than other bids they were willing to work through the weekend so I didn't have to use vacation time to be home and watch the dog during the loud project. The team also never stepped foot in my house which was kind of a shock. They insisted on entering and existing through the egress window to allow us privacy and keep our upstair clean. They showed up on time every day and finished on schedule. They were also very accommodating because I have the resources to do the electrical myself. They were not at all pushy in trying to quote the complete basement finishing project. I couldn't be more happy with the end result and will be have them back to do the drywall as soon as I am ready. .

Went well. A few problems with sub-contractors. The electrician was unreliable regarding scheduling. The plumbers didn't install our sump-pump correctly and we had a small issue with the pump for the toilet. The drywall sanders didn't correctly cover a return-air intake for the furnace and covered the entire interior of our home in drywall dust. Otherwise they worked well with us, helped us make changes to our original plans to suit our needs, showed up when they said they would, and delivered on time and on budget despite losing one worker right before the project began.

They did an excellent job with repairs and painting. Would recommend them to my friends

We needed work done quickly due to having to move unexpectedly. Jason came to evaluate the basement the same day I called. He scheduled the work for 48 hours later, and then called when he had the opportunity to come even sooner. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He and his team did excellent work. We highly recommend him.

Jason did a wonderful job finishing our basement! He was very thorough and easy to work with. He was really accommodating of our requests. The end result is everything we could hope for!

After I failed to give the provider my address for our first appointment, the provider and I rescheduled an appointment for an estimate to take place on February 7th. I emailed him via Angie's List and asked him to call me to confirm the time the day before the appointment. I received no phone call and no one showed up to give me the requested estimate. I emailed the provider again on Monday, February 9th to reschedule and have had no response almost a week later.

They were supposed to scrape our garage and did a poor job having to scrape again since the first coat was peeling off.. They were also supposed to hand paint the garage and spray painted it instead. Ground protection was not used when the paint chips were scraped off of the garage and the house. They painted our soffit vents on our house closed. They got paint on our chimney and window and did not remove it.
