Description of Work: They completed some lifting of our concrete step/sidewalk a number of years ago. A portion of it needed the work again, they agreed to come out and perform again for only $75 - very fair given the amount of time since last service. The came on-time and completed work as expected.

Description of Work: I have a 6 slab patio that was very uneven, as were the wood dividers. They leveled the patio at the quoted price, including the wood dividers and I am very pleased with a job well done. The patio had some cracks that they knew would not be repaired and let me know before they started the job.

Description of Work: We are in the process of redoing our driveway and sidewalk. We noticed our porch had fallen a bit and was uneven. They were quick to respond and scheduled the service right away. The guys that came out knew what they were doing. Our porch looks 100% better now. This was a lot cheaper than having to replace!

Description of Work: Our house is brick. We noticed cracking and shifting of brick in several sides of the house. We had different contractor come out to the house and give us an estimate. It was outrageous....$23,000. We were very upset that this was going to cost us soooo much money to get fixed. We were blessed to see the article in the Indianapolis Star on Foundation Repair and that it might be wise to have a structural engineer take a look at the problem. Due to the drought, drainage issues and possible chipmunks digging this might have caused the shift. The engineer cost $400.00. He gave us some ideas how to fix it ourselves and if it continued to shift, then call a contractor. So, I had A-1 Contracting come out for a second opinion. He was very knowledgeable and told us our house was not going to fall down if we did nothing at this time. He gave us advice on ways to stop the shift. If we wanted to get it fixed now, it would cost us about $7,000. I also had him look at our driveway. He said it didn't look that bad and gave us ideas how to maintain it. I would hire him to do the work in the future!!!! He was very honest. This was an estimate, so it did not cost me anything.

Description of Work: Front sidewalk cracked and Unlevel. Unsightly and a trip hazard. They were very responsive with quote, scheduling and service. Did work quickly and left the site clean. A few days after work was completed, we noticed a hole and white material around the walk. They came out and identified it as caused by chipmunks. Cleaned the area and suggested we get rid of them. No charge for return visit and very pleasant.

Description of Work: Dug a trench 3 x 3 to access the garage walls and pur 4 piers on the long side and 2 piers on the short side and jacked the walls back up into place. Also drilled and leveled the cracked concrete floor.
