A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair

Two men arrived 30 minutes ahead of time. They explained how they were going to proceed. When they had finished (in 1 hour less than estimated) they cleaned the work area . Very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need concrete leveling.

The company was prompt in responding to our emails, and gave an accurate estimate in line with other companies. They came out once the ground was warm enough to do the work and performed the job punctually and quickly.

Great. They explained that they have not had success with leveling fences due to there not being enough stability under the posts. I've had them do driveway and sidewalk leveling and they are very good at what they do. Good service and pricing!

Overall, the experience was good. He showed up on time. He explained that the sidewalk could be leveled but it would be better to have it replaced as the crack was severe. He gave me the name of a company that could help. He went the extra mile. He looked at the driveway and found the cause of our sidewalk issues. He explained how the water damage was occurring and the pieces which his company could assist us with better. He broke out all of the work into what they could definitely fix and what they could fix but would be better torn out and repoured. I appreciated his honesty. It was customer service.

Outstanding! The estimate was reasonable, the workers arrived when I was told they would. They performed the work professionally and cleaned up the small mess associated with this kind of work. I'm only sorry that I waited so long to have something done about my settled steps.

Never revived a call back

They came out to give me an estimate. I was impressed by their expertise. My job was so big, and it was fall, that I have not decided whether to level the concrete or pour new. I appreciated their frank advice.

The front of my house was sinking because of improper foundation setup when the home was built. A small portion of my ranch-style home was not supported by the basement. The owner, who also supervises the work, came to my house and explained the process and gave me an estimate. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The work was scheduled and performed to my satisfaction. They removed and replaced some of my plants that were in the way.

The whole experience was very professional from the initial call to schedule an appointment to receiving an estimate. They recommended we wait to have the service preformed. The owner Ron Bowen did the inspecting and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I made a call to the office to schedule an appointment for one of their estimators to come to my house to give me a quote on leveling the areas on my driveway and walkways on my house. The lady arrived precisely on time (actually ahead of me) and had the quote ready by the time I got out of the car. She was very courteous. I have not used them yet; but, I received a call from the company in November telling me that their season for making the repairs was about to end; but that the quote would be good for a year and that it would be good even if I sold my house. I think these will be very good people to work with.

The estimator arrived exactly as scheduled. The work was completed approximately 3 weeks later as they were booked. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work and the cost was exactly as quoted. Very good experience.

Day of estimate representative gave us a lot of information about how correction would take place and what follow-up steps needed to be done. She explained how and why to do them. On date of service they arrived promptly, worked diligently, asked courteously if we had any additional questions and cleaned up very well. We would use them again!

Everything went well. When they say they have a 3year warranty, they mean it. That is why there wasn't a charge for the re-leveling.

A-1 came to our house many months ago when we noticed that part of our garage floor was sinking. He came out quickly when called and did a thorough inspection before telling us that he would do the work but recommended that we wait until we fixed a much larger problem with the drainage around our house that was making the floor sink. He showed us the areas of concern which we then undertook efforts to correct. Months later, when the project was complete, A-1 came in and did the work promised. This company saved us many future headaches and $ by his knowledge and honesty!! We appreciate the work he did and advice he gave!

Came on time or early on a stormy day and completed the job without delay and did an excellent job.

Side walk to the house was uneven in two spots. A-1 leveling came out on time without anyone at the house and did a great job. When I came home, the side walk looked level and they left the invoice on the door. Great Service.

I am a rehabber and have used them several times for house projects where the sidewalk is uneven. Many of the homes we work on are of an age where the sidewalk has settled and it always shows up on the home inspection. I have learned to get it fixed before I try to sell the home. A-1 Concerete Levelling is great to work wth. They are quick to provide an estimate and I don't think I have ever had to wait very long to get the work done. The last couple of times I was not even onsite when they did the work and they are professional enough that it was not a problem. Highly recommend them!
