"I had a very disappointing and frankly unsettling experience with M&M Home Remodeling Services. Last summer, shortly after purchasing my home, I contacted them to repair or replace a few small sections of vinyl siding that had come loose. I got four quotes from reputable local companies. M&M was the second to arrive, and by far the most extreme in their approach. What followed was a high-pressure inspection where they picked apart nearly every aspect of my siding, claiming shoddy workmanship—except for the areas I had specifically asked about, like the siding around my windows, which they conveniently said looked fine. The whole visit felt incredibly intimidating and performative. Then came the scare tactics: they told me that unless I replaced both the siding (and the roof!), my house “wouldn’t survive the winter.” They conveniently offered me 0% financing for the job. It was a textbook fear-based sales pitch—manipulative and predatory. Not sixty seconds after they left, another siding company came to provide a quote. They assured me the issues M&M identified were either exaggerated or completely fabricated. Without me prompting, they even warned me that M&M was notorious for using this kind of approach. I went with a different, more trustworthy company with a service area spanning three counties—they fixed the issue quickly, affordably, and professionally. It’s now spring, and (shocker) my house is completely fine. M&M’s lack of professionalism and reliance on scare tactics is deeply concerning. I left the interaction wondering what would’ve happened if I’d been a senior, or someone less familiar with home repairs. I have zero doubt they pull this same move on vulnerable homeowners. Their behavior was unprofessional, immature, and completely unbecoming of a company operating at this scale. "The salesman was excellent. They stated their goal is OUTSTANDING customer service. That is a lie. They said it would take 1 day to do the roof. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."

"Utterly useless company. The owner John is very rude and does not care for Customers. Just behind cash. This company came along my way (unfortunately) through Home Warranty. The Technician did not show up on the appointment day. When I called later to check on this, I was told by John that we never had an appointment. When I sent the appointment confirmation notice from the Home Warranty company, John told me the "scheduling team" messed up. Very convenient. Finally, when the appointment was set for the following week, the Technician did not evaluate the issue properly. And further, they wanted to charge me additional $250 out of pocket for "modification" work which was not covered by the Warranty. When I called the Warranty company and escalated this, I was later told that the Maintenance company tried to reach me to explain the issue. WRONG! no one from Property Maintenance even texted me, forget calling me. I then read the online reviews and figured this Company and it's owner John are SCAM artists. I did not get the issue resolved through them. I just hired a handyman who not only fixed the issue but also told me no modifications were needed. And all this for half the price ! STAY AWAY ! JOHN and PRIMARY MAINTENANCE are SCAMSTERS !"
