Description of Work: They came to check out our front-load washer, arrived on time and diagnosed that the main bearings had gone out. The cost to repair was going to be more than the cost to replace so nothing further was done. They were polite and helpful, even if it was dead. :)

Description of Work: The outer liner of our washing machine had cracked and caused leakage. We had a home warranty and it happened that the person we called worked for the warranty company as well. Therefore it only cost $100 including the $75 we had paid for the Angies list deal. We did have to wait longer than usual but it was worth it.
