Person I talked with very unprofessional and down right rude. Put down the wrong address and the tech never showed up. I had to call him and discovered he had the wrong address. Then tried to reschedule and he said let’s just forget it.

I guess because the tech seen our washer is pretty old, he didn't feel the need to put my washer back in the condition if was in before repairs!! Or he figured my wife was a single parent!! What ever the case!! HE LEFT THE WHOLE TO PART OF THE WASHER HALF WAY OFF!!! I WOULDN'T LET THEM PUT A POT ON MY STOVE!!SMDH!!And was very unprofessional!! When I called them about it!!

Ron has done 4-5 different jobs for us in the past and offered up his services for this latest endeavor even though it's not his typical line of work. He simply wanted to help and got the job done! Thanks again, Ron!

Fast forward to December 23, 2016. Yes my trash compactor is still not fixed. I have been through one major holiday and now 2 days shy of yet another holiday and no working trash compactor in the kitchen. I called to check again on my parts for the trash compactor and he told me quote: " You will not believe that I just got home and the package from Total Protect with the parts for your trash compactor are completely destroyed, they left it on my porch destroyed!" I told him he needed to contact Total Protect and the shipping company so that the parts could be reordered and I could get this trash compactor fixed. Guess what? It's February 27th, 2017 today and I called Total Protect today to demand that I get a new service company because obviously Ron is not going to fix my trash compactor. It has been just shy of 5 months. The representative from Total Protect apologized and put me on hold to call Circle City Appliance Repair. He spoke to the owner Ron and was told that he never received the parts. Well what do you know, Ron is a liar, and I informed Total Protect that I was going to the Attorney General and filing suit in small claims court in Johnson Co. I told Total Protect that Ron told me something completely different and that I wanted re-assigned to another service provider and that I will not pay the service fee again. Now Ron can reimburse me or we can go to court for fraud. Ron is getting these parts and telling the clients one thing and the Warranty companies something else. So my question is, where are my parts? Why have they not been installed in my trash compactor? Why has it taken almost 5 months? It is quite clear to me that the only person that has both my money and my parts is Ron at Circle City Appliance Repair.

I called on Thursday, set an appointment for Friday between 8-10am. Ron called at 9:04am to let me know he was on his way, 10 minutes out. He showed up as he said. He checked what I assume was the power supply in the bottom, then opened up the control panel and ran a test, the test failed indicating the problem was a bad control board. The service charge was $55.00 (the company description on their website should be updated to say home of the $55 service charge, not $30) which I paid before he left. He had to check in the evening when he returned to the office to see if one was available and how much. The price was too high to replace the control board so we ended up buying a replacement dishwasher.

Ron was great, as usual. Even when the distributor of the part we needed was not providing things in a timely manner, Ron went the extra mile to find it elsewhere and even offered us a loaner in the meantime. Thanks Ron!

Initial service went fine, however they did not fix my ice maker and I had to call them back for a second service call. I kept getting the run around about ordering a part from Korea and they would never call me about service. I had to call several times and there was always an excuse for why they couldn't get the part. I ended up hiring another service provider, they had the part in 2 days (it was NOT the part these folks said needed to be replaced) and the ice maker was fixed. Absolutely miserable service.

Extremely rude. Since he was unable to verify when he would be able to come out to fix my dryer, the home warranty service found a different company. When he found this out, he then proceeded to call me on my cell phone and verbally abuse and harass me. He even began lecturing me that "patience is a virtue", etc etc. I am glad we found a different company to work with as I would hate to give them any of my money! Incredibly rude, hateful owner.

We used Circle City about a year ago to fix a washer and refrigerator and it went just fine. Reasonable cost, time, etc. This May we called them again to fix the washer and gas cooktop. Were told washer fix was the same as last time (new control board) but they didn't seem to know what to do about the cooktop. It's a GE Monogram 6 burner that is 6 years old and probably cost close to $1500. They weren't sure parts would be available, you might have to get a new one, etc. We waited 2 weeks to hear back and never did so we called and left a message. 2 more weeks passed before we called again and reached someone. They had to get back to us. Finally got the quote but just didn't feel comfortable that the cooktop was going to get fixed so we decided to try someone else.

I purchased a washer/dryer and quickly found out that the dryer fan was broken. I called and scheduled an appointment with Circle City Appliance Repair. He came out day of appointment, fixed the dryer, cleaned up after himself and was in and out within the time allotted. Everything went just as expected and I'm happy to have a functioning washer/dryer again!

Missed somethings on the first trip., responded well on the 2nd trip and did a complete job. Be specific in what your problem may be. Ask about ALL cost involved, i.e. Service call, labor cost and price of parts. Will it be a full service or a specific problem. Quality and Professionalism wasfor the 2nd visit, although no cost, darn incovenient

The technician arrived promptly and found the problem right away.

I have a two drawer dishwasher in which one of the drawer needed a part replaces. The technician form Circle city appliance came out to perform a simple part replacement on my dishwasher. In mid- February and I realized rather quickly he was unequipped to handle the task he had to use my shop vac for the water clean up and he required my assistance hold the dishwasher drawer at times, so he could try to put the part in. When suddenly after an hour of trying to install 1 part smelled smoke and here welp we done it now. he shows me a piece of metal that burned off. Then i realized that he never disconnected the electricity while he was putting the part in and was working around water. From that point on the situation has been an utter and complete joke. Now I have a dishwasher in which both drawers are now nonfunctional and we cannot confirm if the part he put in worked because the circle city technician incompetence. The man technician has been non responsive to the point I have had to get my home warranty company involved. He has never reported the the fact that he made wires touch and shorted out the unit. He left me with the front panel unattached. I have tried to be patient with them for the last 4 months and I am still waiting for resolution all because the technician did not disconnect the electricity and the last message i heard from my home warranty company is the the parts needed to repair the dishwasher have been discontinued. The circle city technician I am sure is a great guy but I would never let this company or any of its representatives touch anything in my house again

The serviceman was prompt and efficient. He quickly found the problem - a burned out motor - then got online and found it is no longer manufactured. He recommended we replace the washer rather than get a used replacement motor.

I called this morning, and Ron was here this afternoon, as he said he would be. He called a half hour before he arrived, which he said he would do. Got right to work, diagnosed the problem, fixed within an hour. It was all good--he was friendly, but professional, careful about where he set parts. Excellent service.

Great he ordered the part and returned as soon as it arrived

They took my money and never came back. They won't return calls from me or my warranty company.

I made the appointment for 4/3 because i was going to be off work. They called to confirm the day before, called me about 20 minutes before they arrived, all within the 9-12 schedule window. The repair took about 30 minutes, and the men were friendly and efficient.

He was courteous and professional. Will call him again for any appliance repair.

called Circle City on Saturday, March 22, and set up appointment between 12-3 pm for Monday, March 24th. No one had called or arrived by 2:40 pm on the 24th, so I called to check to ensure we were still on their schedule since they were supposed to call at least 30 minutes before arriving. I should mention that the person I spoke to on the 22nd was the same person I spoke to on the 24th. He said he'd have to check his schedule and would call me back. When he did call back, about 10 minutes later, he said we were not on the schedule and blamed the mix-up on their scheduling system. When I asked whether someone would be available to come out later today (since the washer was not working), he said that they couldn't do that since "their guys get off at 5pm and the closest person to me was currently in Bloomington, IN." Funny, since their hours are listed as 8:30am - 8:15pm Monday-Friday. He also claimed that he thought I was supposed to call them when I was available, and when I told him this was not correct, and that I had arranged this with HIM PERSONALLY, he quickly changed the subject. The only recourse he offered me was to reschedule 2 days from now (in the middle of the day). I don't trust them to keep their appointments and will call someone else. I had to take time away from work to accommodate this appointment, and this wound up being wasted time. All they offered were excuses, and I got the impression that they never wanted to come to Greenfield to begin with, based on some comments he made both times I spoke to him. NO effort made to accommodate me based on THEIR mistake.

Everything was fine. The service was great and they did everything they were supposed to.

Cleaned out very yucky greasy water line. Works great!

They were very nice and this had nothing to do with response time.

I called Angie's list to find a good appliance repair company and they did not disappoint. Circle City Appliance Repair was very polite and cordial on the phone. They were prompt to respond to my inquiry. I will be using them again in the future.

This company is awful. We used them because they are the contracted repair company through our home insurance company. Our microwave broke in December. Circle City came to diagnose the problem and said they would order the parts and that they would be there in less than 10 days. We waited all through Christmas and New Years and never heard back from them. Finally we called them and they had the parts (when were they going to call us??). They came and fixed the microwave. Then we noticed that they broke the vent cover so it kept slipping down and making it a pain to open and close the microwave door. I called Circle City to talk about it and the guy said he would call me back. He never did. Then the microwave broke again few days later so I called the insurance company again and they called Circle City. When I got on the phone with the guy, he sounded a little annoyed that I would call again about the vent cover but then realized that the microwave had also stopped working. Circle City came on January 21 to re-diagnose the issue. The repairman said he would make a report to the insurance company saying that they could keep repairing parts but that it wouldn't solve the problem and that it was most likely a problem with the High Voltage Transformer. But he didn't write that on the actual report so I couldn't remember what he had said. I waited a couple weeks and did not hear back. I called the insurance company again and found out that Circle City had a fire and had moved all of their reports somewhere else so they wouldn't get damaged and lost our report (???). I sent a copy of the report but since it didn't have the thing about the transformer, the insurance company wanted Circle City to do the repairs again. I made a big deal about the vent cover as well and Circle City said that even though they broke it they wouldn't replace it since it was the manufacturer's problem. They finally came to repair the microwave again February 18 around noon. We used the microwave to reheat leftovers that night. It broke after the 2nd item. I called Circle City and they came out the next day to re-diagnose and finally included the thing about the transformer on the report. He said he would turn the report into the insurance company. It's been a week and I finally called the insurance company to see what their decision is and they said they haven't received any reports from Circle City yet. I shouldn't have to call them and nag them to do their job. The report should be filed that day, or at least by the next day. They are always nice when they come to our house but their disorganization is so frustrating. We reported our broken microwave the second week of December 2013 and here it is February 26 and still no sign of this problem resolving... Don't waste your time with this company!
