Ron is searching for the necessary part to make the repairs, and gave me a price quote as to what the cost of the part, and said as soon as he could locate it, he would give me a call and set up a date to make the repairs needed on my appliance. He was very courteous, professional, and will defiantly use this company again.

He taught me a lot about my appliances! He saved me a lot of money too! I will definitely call them again when I need them! Thanks for a job well done!!!

Prompt. Courteous. Called late on a Tuesday afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. They called with an ETA and showed up as scheduled. They looked at the dryer, figured out the problem and luckily had the part on the truck. Dryer was fixed in no time and we were back in business. Thank You!

He was awesome. I would definitely call him again for large appliance repairs.

They were fine. They said that would need to order some parts and then come back and obviously, that will be a separate charge, but that's not their fault.

I talked to Ron on Monday and he scheduled a next day appointment. It was a very simple fix and the oven was back to heating properly. The simple fix required removing the drip mat from the bottom of the oven. It wasn't allowing the heat to circulate properly. I am so thankful that he was able to come out so promptly and explain the workings of my oven.

Called around 4:30P to see if this company had a part for a refrigerator in stock and what it would cost for the part and labor for them to come install. Never heard back from them so I guess they don't really need business or care!

Great. Called around 730 am and left message. Call back around 8. Described problem and got appointment for 1. Serviceman was here at 1 and had refrigerator fixed by 130. No food was lost and repair cost was very reasonable.

Great job. Communication was good. Showed up when promised. Listened to my description of the problem and came with the needed parts already in hand. Fixed it in no time and it works beautifully. Really pleased and will use again.

Ron examined the refrigerator and diagnosed a failed compressor. He gave me an estimate of the repair cost and noted that it was only a little less than a new refrigerator of the same size and type. He didn't try to oversell the repair and gave me good professional advice. I will certainly call Circle City Appliance Repair the next time I have a problem with an appliance.

They go way out of the way to make it to work for you. He is very frugal. He will do what he can to find used parts so that it helps save you money. I would go out of his way to recommend him to anyone.

I have a double oven and the microwave stopped working. I was told that we would have to replace the entire thing as the parts for this particular appliance have been discontinued. I called Circle City Appliance Repair and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure they did everything they could to repair it for me. They found a used part in Utah and ordered another used part from Colorado. It was a long process, but it saved us from having to purchase a new double oven. I am beyond pleased with the results. This company is very knowledgeable in their field and dedicated to making their customers happy. I’ve already recommended them to several friends in the area.

Took 3 trips to get everything working the right way. Leaked after trip 1 and 2 then owner came out and problem was solved. The owner was professional but I think he just had a helper with less standards than he demands.

Outstanding!!! Now I know why every single person who had rated Circle City Appliance Repair (CCAR) on Angie's List had given CCAR an "Excellent" (A) rating in all 6 categories. Ron earns that rating. When I saw many well-known large appliance repair firms (including one that I had used in the past) with far more reports, but not perfect scores, I thought perhaps Ron had less experience and had just gotten lucky with easy repairs on the 12 reports listed for him. I decided to give him a try because I felt that anyone who manages 12 perfect scores deserves a chance. I'm glad I chose Ron's firm. He did so many things "just right" that I can't touch on all of them. First, he offered to schedule same day service if I needed it. That would have been critically important to me if I had something such as loads of wet laundry and a dryer that had quit, or a refrigerator or freezer not working and food in danger of spoiling. When my freezer stopped working a few years ago, I had to go out and buy a new freezer at 8 pm and pay to have it delivered that same night. He diagnosed the ice-maker problem right away and showed me the plastic gear that couldn't be replaced. I could quickly tell that he knew exactly what he was talking about. I decided not to replace the ice maker, because I seldom use ice from that machine, and the refrigerator is 9 years old. While he was here, Ron also solved a problem that I had been having for years with a Bosh front-loading dryer not getting laundry dry enough. (I had two previous service calls on that from other firms without success, and had just given up on it.) Ron also replaced the water filter in my refrigerator and told me where I could get the same model filter much cheaper than I had been paying. No extra charge for this advice. Service Call Cost: $30! How does he do that? A service call all of the way from Greenwood to my home on the NW side of Indianapolis. He didn't charge any extra labor time. He also gives a Senior Discount, but I told him to forget that. He more than earned his $30. I would like to nominate Circle Center Appliance Repair for the Angie's List Page of Happiness. Appliance repair is such a frequently required service that your subscribers would probably really appreciate coverage of a really good one. I'd also recommend him for Band of Neighbors, Angie's Super Service Award, or any other designation that would bring his excellent service to your subscriber's attention. Just don't get him so much business that he is too busy next time I need appliance repair.

He repaired my stove. Careful with my stove, laid a platform in front before he laid it on my hardwood. Did the job well. Had to order the part, some discrepancy during the bill told me there would be a discount of $10 or 10% whichever is greater. I had to call the warehouse to get the price, because he gave me a different price.

It went very well came in introduced himself and went right to work on the problem.

The refrigerator in our rental property quit cooling and my husband was away on a fishing trip at the time. It was a day and a half before he could look at it and things were spoiling in the fridge. It was Frday evening and he was trying to find a 24 hour repair service. There were 2 on Angie's List who advertised 24 hour repair but this turned out to be misinformation. ( I believe the misinformation was on their web sites, not Angie's List. He was getting any return calls. He tried Circle City repair in desperation thinking they wouldn't take the job because they are in Greenwood and we are in Carmel. Not only did they take the job but Ron was there the following morning. He found the problem immediately which had to do with the reseating of a circuit board. He charged my husband $30 for this. The gas to come from Greenwood had to cost more. He was very professional and we would hire him again in a minute. We actually left his companies magnet on the fridge and told the tenant not to hesitate to call him direct if needed.

I called approximately 5 other companies to see if they could come out the same day and they could not. I am so glad I called Ron. He was there within two hours and did an excellent job.

Overall things went well for a weird problem. Ron checked out operation of freezer and everything seemed to be working properly except for closing of ice dispenser door. It was slow at closing so it was possible warm air was coming in over the ice melting it and then letting it refreeze. We stuffed rags in dispensing chute, dumped ice and waited to see what happened. Ice still melted slightly then refroze, sticking together. Nothing else in the freezer melted, not ice cream, frozen meat or vegetables. Ron returned. After talking with repair rep at Frigidaire about problem it was decided the problem was the ice maker unit. When dumping the ice the ice maker unit heats up enough to loosen the ice from the mold. The heating unit was staying on to long. Replacing the Ice Maker Assembly corrected the problem.Some very positive things about this company: 1. Did not charge me for a service call each time he came out.2. After making a repair checked back in 2 to 3 days to see if working correctly3. Stuck with the repair until it was fixed & got manufacture's input on solving problem

Outstanding!! Refrigerator not cooling, freezer or refrig side. Noted on Saturday morning, checked Angie's list for company that serviced appliances on Saturday. Found Circle City Appliance Repair. Called talked to Ron, he said could be out about 3:30 PM. Arrived about 3:30, diagnosed problem as defrost thermostat defective. Replaced defrost thermostat, refrigerator cooling properly.

We used Angie's List to find someone near our neighborhood. We called at 4:00 and had a van at our door by 4:30. Ron ran through a few diagnostics and realized that the problem wasn't with our range but with our outlet. He went back to the breaker panel and found that a wire was loose inside. He corrected the problem in a matter of minutes and had us up and running. We were happy to have found someone so close and were even more happy to have our problem fixed within an hour of the phone call!

Our dryer quit working last night leaving us with a ton of wet clothes. I found Circle City Appliances on Angie's List and saw that they were near our house. I called and they came out and saw my husband within 2 hours. They found out that one of the breakers had been tripped causing the dryer to not turn on. The breaker was fixed and the dryer was good as new. To come out and fix the breaker, including the trip over, only cost $30.00 which is what was advertised online. The man was very polite and even offered to help us find someone to fix electrical issues we are having. Very prompt, polite, and worth the money! Saved us from buying a new dryer, which is what we would have done.
