Description of Work: We had 5 windows replaced, one of them was very large. Ken was great to keep in contact with us throughout the process. The workers showed up early, and completed all 5 windows in one day even though it rained off and on most of the day. They were polite, professional & did a good job cleaning up after they were done.

Description of Work: We have used them for many years an have also recommended them to our neighbors, but this last time I called them for an exstimate: Feb 2011, the salesman was unprofessional, took 7 weeks for estimate, could not get them on the phone. I have already had work scheduled with another company.
