They did an excellent job. The spray was for the fall update on our yard.

They always call the day before and let me know that they are coming and I get to ask how long I have to keep the kids off the lawn. They are very nice.

It took about a week and a half from my initial call for someone to come out (probably due to bad weather conditions). When Bob came out it was raining cats and dogs. We walked around the front yard and backyard and he checked every tree. He gave me some information for some things we can do to help our trees and for what he could do for the trees. He sent a written quote in the mail. I am still working on persuading my husband to hire them and take this item off of his 'to do' list.

We called two companies, and this company gave a lawn analysis that was very detailed. It said what it needs and what they could do. They were prompt and professional. They have only applied one application, so we'll have to wait to see how it turns out. Their price was good and competitive.

Great. Called back same day and provided me an estimate and information within a week.

I was impressed by the quick and professional lawn evaluation. I called to start service and was again happy that it only took a few days for the weed application to be sprayed on my yard.

They showed up, turn on the system, and left. I received assurances that they would return and complete the work but they did not. They refuse to return calls and faxes. They have sent an invoice but they do not return calls.

The cost is pre-paid. They are nice to deal with. They do what they say they are going to, and if I call, they are always pleasant and give me an answer. They come out and take care of anything I need them to.

Very quick response when I called for an estimate, included analysis of what we needed with estimate. Have had two treatments so far, great so far.

The lawn was treated about a week later. My only request would be that someone call us ahead to say they were coming. I just like to know these things. I have no comment on the shape of the lawn just yet as it was only treated a few days ago. I will say the I get a friendly person on the phone when I call.

I was very impressed with them. The owner came out and was very specific about what I had and how he could treat it and it was less than what I was paying before.

Cost is approximately $70 per application. Treatment program continues throughout the year. Company owner does the application of products during the first year to monitor effectiveness. Service is professional and competitive. Member has tried national chain services such as Chem Lawn, and prefers the greater attention to detail given by this local business. Would recommend.

I called this company at the end of March to schedule visit to activate sprinkler system. I was told we would receive a call in a couple of weeks. I called again three weeks later, after hearing nothing from company. I was told it would be a couple of weeks. I called again three weeks later, after there had been no response, left a message asking that call be returned. My phone call was not returned. The company finally called the Wednesday, before Memorial Day, to say they would be out on Friday. I stayed home on Friday to let worker in garage, no one showed up. I called and left message to have call returned ASAP, call was not returned on the following Tuesday and no one answered the phone that day. We then arranged service with our old service provider. Greenskeeper finally called on Wednesday and we informed them we had made other arrangements for service. I was told, ''That's fine, we'll take you off the list." I still have not received a refund check for the prepaid service.

It is such a pleasure to work with this company. They call one day prior to treatment, and they are on time. The price is comparable with other lawn care companies. We have two acres of lawn, and the difference in the appearance is remarkable after only two treatments. We are now going to have them treat our pasture since they use herbicides. We have also had them treat the perimeter of our house with pest control chemicals. We are very satisfied with all their services. We are considering their new mole treatment services.

They could have communicated a little bit better. However, recently I had called and talked to them about some concerns I had with the looks of the yard. They did come out and look at it and recommended a different type of treatment. They're not going to charge me anything more for that, which I appreciate.

completed the estimate on time and after the estimate the owner sent a very complete letter specifying my lawns condition and what his company can do for me. I approved of his service and he promptly did my first application. Very satisfied.

WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED TO APPLY THE TREATMENT, I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT IT DONE THAT DAY BECAUSE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WAS WORKING ON THE SECOND STORY ROOF AND NEEDED TO BE UP AND DOWN THE LADDER IN THE SIDE YARD SEVERAL TIMES. I DIDN'T WANT THIS PERSON TO BE DISTURBED. THE TECH INSISTED THAT HE NEEDED TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS ABOUT TO CHANGE AND IT WOULD BE TOO COLD FOR STEP 4. I TOLD HIM THAT I UNDERSTOOD, BUT WANTED MY SERVICE PUT ON HOLD AND THAT I WOULD CALL THE OFFICE WHEN THE YARD WAS AVAILABLE TO SEE IF STEP 4 COULD BE APPLIED, AND IF NOT I WOULD JUST MISS IT AND WAIT FOR STEP 5. HE CONTINUED TO TRY TO GET ME TO CHANGE MY MIND. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS, AND THE PREVIOUS TECH ASSIGNED TO MY LOCATION WAS NOT AT ALL PUSHY LIKE THIS.

THE GREENSKEEPER HAS APPLIED 5 APPLICATIONS THIS YEAR AND THERE IS GREAT IMPROVEMENT IN THE APPEARANCE OF LAWN. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM, THEY COME BACK IMMEDIATELY. WE HAVE ALMOST 3 ACRES, THERE ARE AREAS THAT WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

WAS QUITE IMPRESSED. WALKED WITH US THROUGH YARD SHOWING US WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED/TAKEN CARE OF. AFTER TWO APPLICATIONS AT AROUND 4 MONTHS TIME, HAVE NOTICED HUGE IMPROVEMENT. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS WE BELIEVE TREE/SHRUB PERSON SPIT HUGE WADS OF TOBACCO IN OUR MULCH. (YUCK!) OUR CHILDREN WITNESSED THIS AND WE FOUND TOBACCO IN THE MULCH. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

COST IS PER APPLICATION, THEY DO GOOD WORK, THEY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED, RATHER THAN FORCING A PLAN ON US. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE & CONSISTENT. VERY PLEASED.

PROBLEM WITH COMMUNICATIONS IN THE BEGINNING, MISPLACED MESSAGES, ETC., WHICH CAUSED DELAY IN SERVICE. COMPANY DID APOLOGIZE FOR CONFUSION AND PROVIDED REASONABLE ESTIMATE. EFFECTIVE TREATMENT WAS PROVIDED. WILL TRY THEM AGAIN TO SEE IF OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS IMPROVES.

IT'S A YEARLY SERVICE AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. WE GET COMPLIMENTS ON OUR LAWN ALL THE TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUES THAT WE WERE HAVING AND DO A GOOD JOB. HE IS VERY NICE AND CONSCIENTIOUS.

SOMEONE RESPONDS TO OUR PHONE CALLS THE SAME DAY WHENEVER WE CALL. VERY POLITE. REASONABLY PRICED. BEST OF ALL THE LAWN LOOKS FABULOUS. THERE WERE SEVERAL PATCHES OF CLOVER WHEN WE MOVED INTO THIS HOUSE, AND GREENSKEEPER HAS ERADICATED ALL OF IT!
