The team was professional, courteous and friendly. Every evening they cleaned up all of their tools and supplies leaving us a comfortable clean living space throughout the whole process. Each job started on time and finished on time, there were no changes ito the expected cost and we received excellent customer service. Sean, Tom and Kymo made our happiness their first priority. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

From the start, Sean was wonderful to work with and was absolutely punctual and responsive. I found their quote to be extremely reasonable and very competitive. The crew arrived and finished as scheduled and did a beautiful job, Sean was on the site more than once to ensure that things were being done properly and that I was satisfied with the work. Plan on using them again soon.

They were fabulous. They were on time and punctual. They were here over the course of a week. The work is perfect. They were great guys. I felt comfortable having them in the house. Their price was right in line with everybody else's.

The person who came was very nice and he gave a 10% discount. The quote though is a bit higher than what others have quoted.

Sean and his people were excellent, courteous, professional, and very pleasant to work with. They did a great job of promptly providing an estimate for the work, answering questions, helping us pick paint colors, and adjusting the estimate as we added details. We shopped around and they were very patient with us while we decided on our painters. We chose Pinnacle Painting (PP) because we felt they were going to pay the most attention to the details, including taking down the shutters & downspouts to paint them and the wood trim underneath, and we'd get excellent value. Once the project started, the crew was always very punctual as to when they said they would arrive and worked around our schedule of incoming family guests on the weekend. They were very friendly and fun to work with. One gentleman was even kind enough to explain and show me how he was fixing the drywall hole so that I could learn from the process. They also worked with me early on to adjust our plan with regard to the paint color. Our old color was quite a bit darker than the new color, and our original estimate was for just 1 coat of paint. Instead of doing 2 coats, PP got a great primer tinted appropriately and used that to allow our chosen paint color to really come through great. As for the drywall, the texture was very difficult to match, but they tried until they got it and made it look very good. I was impressed by their effort and their willingness to get it done to our satisfaction without complaint about having to try several times to match the odd texture. PP did a good job of cleaning up each day before leaving, and at the end they were very response to any punchlist items that I had for them to address. We were very pleased with our experience with Pinnacle and we love the way our house looks now. We love the colors that we chose and we'd gladly bring Pinnacle back in the future for more jobs.

From start to finish we think Pinnacle did a great job. Sean returned all phone calls quickly, came out to perform an estimate promptly, and scheduled the work to be done that week. The workers (which included the owners) showed up on time and worked quietly and efficiently. They did an excellent job in terms of the painting itself, and cleaned up after themselves, too. We would highly recommend them.

Pinnacle did another amazing job. This is the second time we've used them for an exterior painting project. The first was on our previous home. They are punctual, professional and have a very high level of quality. The day before they were done, we walked the exterior and created a "punch" list of items that we wanted addressed. But, the Pinnacle crew beat us to it; they had all the outstanding items corrected before we even had to ask. Their prices are great and they do an excellent job. We've been recommending them highly to all our friends.

Due to difficulty in scheduling, the team were willing to come to the house on a Saturday to finish the job. Everyone was professional from the first estimate, until the jobs were completed. They did excellent work. They even gave us several days to 'live with it' before collecting final payment, to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who needed work.

They were here when they said they would be, did the work in a very professional manner. The work was completed on time, (2 days) and I was very happy with the results.

Service from initial call by Sean Eichenberg was a 13 on a scale of 1 to 10. Detailed estimate/quote received on initial visit(not general summary as another painter provided 3 days after initial sales call). All crew members were very polite and professional. Daily cleanups; final day cleanup was detailed and complete. Crew chief, Jon Bond, went beyond the scope of the job to service my every wish and request for service. I am using for an exterior painting project in 3-4 weeks. I will use again. I will recommend to my business associates and others who require a job at both at competitive price and with the highest service level.

Pinnacle came into a smelly house with smokey, nasty wallpaper everywhere. They stripped the paper and fixed what seemed to be hundreds of hidden nail holes. Primed all surfaces, and painted. They were so fast, I asked them at the last minute to add in the closets (previously excluded), which they did happily. There was literally not a drop of paint on any surface - really meticulous workmanship. I've used Pinnacle for four separate painting jobs at two homes, and will never call anyone else. I trust them completely.

We hired Pinnacle to paint the exterior of our home. Crew leader power washed on a Saturday and the workers started scraping and painting the following week. They did a great job. The paint job is fantastic and there is not a spot of paint where it shouldn't be. Crew worked right up to sunset one evening, when they knew the next day would bring bad weather. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day, and the crew members were always courteous. Superior work by an excellent company! I have hired Pinnacle Paint three times, for interior and exterior work, and will never hire anyone else.
